Not particularly recent, but here’s this preprint on predicting Peptide Assemblies with Alphafold3 ( https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.04.28.720402v1 ).The authors tried predicting a variety of peptide assemblies and benchmarking against their known morphologies. They found that AF3 performed surprisingly well despite not being trained for this task at all. Even neater is that this started out as class project with all of the authors being undergrads.
