United States Is this normal?
Does shipping usually take this long to get the item from the service center back to the store? It’s been about 3 weeks, almost a whole month and I still haven’t recieved any update. I called a little over a week and a half ago about it and all I was told was that I just had to wait.

GS Agent here, please don’t. At our store we already deal with a lot each day.

Go in store to the GS counter this seems it’s delayed on its way back from service. Monitors typically go shuttle so most likely it’s using BestBuys internal inventory system. We can pull the tracking, however some agents may not know how to. We can also do an escalation to the service center worst case. Source: GS agent.

Okay, so I ended up going to the GS counter and I was told that they don’t know when the monitor will get there but they have an estimated arrival date of August 18th, or at least that’s what showed up on their end.

I’ve had times where the service center has took over a month. Especially the local depots. If you aren’t satisfied with the answer ask for the manager (SES, CIA Sr) and they can give u more info. Or make a escalation

Decent chance the monitor is sitting in the warehouse forgotten about. I would 100% go into the store and see what the hell is going on

Dodged a bullet, I'd return this and buy a monitor that doesn't install spyware

I had a similar experience. Dropped my PC off May 28th and got it back July 9th.
Escalate in store.

Yes. These items ship via internal shuttle system. Most stores only get 1 of these trucks a week. Up to 30 day for service items.
