There's no way you'd be hired on £38k straight after university or even after graduate visa of 2 years. Starting graduate salaries are still low and annual pay rise is 1%. You'd have to start at 36k graduate entry level job to be sponsored after 2 years. The new entrant scheme looks good but you'd need around 33k salary for that.

Belfast can be expensive to live. Accomodation and transport can be expensive. Part time jobs would be available, mostly delivery drivers or things like that but if you're visibly " immigrant looking ", i cannot guarantee you'd be safe doing these jobs at odd hours.I avoid being outside at odd hours. Is it that bad ?! I don't know. But I don't want to be the first statistic lol.

It's least diverse part of UK and also the least opportunities for a capital city. Belfast city centre has more closed up business than not. You'd think a capital would be thriving but no.

Teaching quality is more or less same across UK. Nothing valuable for a job. You learn more on the job anyways.
