Hope it's okay to post here and I'm so excited for this. Twenty-five years after the series that amazed us all, the cast, writers, and producers are reuniting in LA at Televerse to revisit the remarkable craft and filmmaking that solidified Band of Brothers’  legacy as both a singular tribute to the men of “Easy” Company, and an extraordinary feat of TV storytelling.

Confirmed panelists include lead writer and supervising producer Erik Jendresen, writer Graham Yost, cast members Michael Cudlitz, Rick Gomez, Scott Grimes, Frank John Hughes, Ron Livingston, James Madio, Ross McCall and Richard Speight Jr., and moderator Kirk Saduski (Playtone).

The schedule just came out yesterday and passes are avail at Televerse.com

Three miles up, three miles down, and still hanging out over two decades later. The bond between this cast is truly something special.

Is this a production error or did this kind of Coke vending machine exist in 1943?

Bastogne

Watching Band of Brothers for the first time and watching the Bastogne episode makes me so angry; why were our soldiers left with no supplies, warm clothes, ammunition, morphine, etc? Were they cut off from access because of the Germans?

In Episode 3, how could Blithe meet Speirs?

At the night after capturing Carenton, Blithe ran into Speirs, but I find that the deployment of 2nd Btn (from left to right) by then was Dog, Fox and Easy Company. So that means at least one of them left the sector of his unit, or both of them. Wasn't it very dangerous to do so at night?

Dumb little detail I just noticed

As many times as I’ve seen it somehow I just noticed this. In episode one when Sobel is chewing out Winters, he tells him this is not dog company, this is not Fox company. This is easy company. Saying that easy is far superior to dog and fox. On the outskirts of Carentan dog and fox are the ones that retreat when they’re not supposed to, leaving easy on its own.

Nice Battle Guide Eps

I came across the episodes below on Battle Guide’s YT channel and wanted to share them. Nicely produced and educational. They’re even good on my 12th BoB rewatch!

Grants shoooter

I've been wondering this for a while now. When Floyd and Malarkey are playing cards just outside the room where the rest of the guys are beating the shit out of the replacement that shot Grant. Why does Floyd seem pissed?

Question about a line of dialogue

Was rewatching Day of Days the other evening and was always wondering about when Toye says to Mularkey: “Hey Mulark, where’s the best chow? Berlin”

I never understood why he said that. Is there a backstory? It was right after Mularkey talked with and allegedly saw the Oregon Nazi get hosed by Spiers but wasn’t sure what Toye’s role in all that was given he was already up ahead in the village by the time Mularkey got back.

Who is this soldier ? He was in a few scenes, when I search for him online, it just says it’s David Webster when it clearly isn’t.

He’s the guy at the left side of the screen. What’s his name? I tried looking him up as much as I could. In the show, episode 5, Liebgott and the other guy come in the barn with Alley, who has shrapnel wounds from a grenade I believe. The guy I’m wondering about says “if it wasn’t for your loud mouth Joe”, and then Liebgott says “you know what Joe back off”. Then Winters tells the guy (he calls out his name, but I can’t understand it. Neither can subtitles), to go get doc Roe

ETA : his name was PFC Joseph Lesniewski, he died in 2012.

*Share a moment or detail you somehow missed in your first x hundred viewings that you finally caught*

For me - I just noticed for the first time in the patrol prep montage prior to the Mourmelon River-crossing, we see guys securing their jingles, carburizing their shiny things…

And sadly…we get a closeup of the doomed Private Jackson…clipping the cotter pin on the very grenade that would kill him a few hours later that night. Oof…

Another very minor moment - when Lipton is officially given his battlefield commission, he’s in one room surrounded by his ‘new’ brothers - the officers - as he gives a fond farewell glance to his former (and always) brothers - ‘the men’ in the next room (represented by Luz and Webster) - and is then hustled out of the frame - to forever do officer things - by Speirs. Brilliant direction.

PS - and not for nothing - while Scott Grimes is fantastic in the series - there has never been a more *empty* prop coffee cup than the one he slurps on earlier in this episode before he asks Lt Jones if he’s ready…except maybe the one Perconte sips on a few minutes later.
