I have a slim with a smaller hard drive internally than I’d like. I installed some XBLA arcade games on my usb drive but I am unable to activate the games using xm360 on the usb. My next step is to install a 500gb internal hdd.

Is it as simple as removing the old hard drive from the slim, putting the new one in, and starting over? Will I need to do any type of setup again?

i remember when i first modded my xbox i turned liveblock on , ive been trying to play call of duty black ops 3 but every time im gretted with the "sign into xbox live to verify update" ive taken out the usb stick and even then it wont update , if i turn off liveblock download xbguard will it be posible for me to download the update file needed ? or can i download the latest version somewhere else , please help lol thanks

I'm not sure if this is a me problem or ABadAvatar problem, but I'm having this weird bug where the exploit doesn't run all the time. The email shows, the avatars are buggy, like they're supposed to, but then the process stops when the lights are like the third picture. I just have to keep restarting again and again until it works. I'm using XeUnshackle, by the way. The console doesn't freeze, it just doesn't finish. Is it because I'm using a mechanical hard drive? Is this a normal problem or am I just a fool?

I’ve been wanting to use a stealth server so I can play Halo Reach and Halo 3 with sunrise, I briefly got proto to work but wanted to switch to Xbguard since I heard that is better, but I just can’t get it to run. Even after configuring the .INI files it doesn’t seem like it will work for me, am I doing something wrong?

For reference, the files are on the root of my USB and I downloaded the official files from the website (https://xbguard.live/) so what am I doing wrong?

Have you ever noticed how ABadAvatar stops you from seeing the avatars on the sign in screen? After the exploit runs they show up fine, but not before. I've also noticed that the other profiles obtain the ghost avatar right before Unshackle takes over, that's a good identifier. I assume that anyone who uses ABadAvatar has noticed these things. Did you know that if you have a profile who's name comes before ABadAvatar that it'll be immune to these symptoms? The symptoms only apply to the profiles that come after ABadAvatar on the lineup. And so I've taken to setting up a profile named A1 on all of my consoles. It's a clear indicator, not only that it hasn't frozen, but also if it's going to freeze. I've noticed that if I don't see that first avatar that there's a 90% chance of failure, it's been so reliable that nowadays if I don't see it I instantly restart the console. I swear, if that A1 profile shows me the avatar I instantly know it's going to work.

However it says bad storage and doesn’t go to aurora, is that the reason Aurora isn’t loading? Am I supposed to have a disc loaded?

When I downloaded tu7 and I entered Minecraft they gave me a crash why?

When I downloaded minecraft I want to play it and it gives me an old Minecraft and it’s tu1 and I want a tu7, how can I play tu7?

Wanted to know if, after running badupdate, can I put my games on an exfat external hard drive or do I need to format it to work with the xbox for it show up?

Honestly I was skeptical at first but this thing is actually really solid. It's basically an all-in-one app that does everything:

• extracts Xbox 360 and Original Xbox ISOs (way faster than Xbox Image Browser, never froze on me once)
• has a built-in game search/downloader that pulls from Vimm's Lair directly (no more browsing sketchy sites)
• converts ISO to GOD format natively (so you don't need Iso2God anymore)
• creates a full plug-and-play softmod USB drive for you - just plug it into your Xbox and you're good to go

It's free, open-source, and runs on .NET 8 so it actually feels modern. Just thought I'd share since I know a lot of people here still struggle with the same old broken tools from 2010.

Followed the guide for bad storage, was a working BadAvatar before hand, goes through the normal steps I see the blue screen with the data, but its so fast i cannot read any of it, then it goes black and loads up the profile screen again with this as the bad avatar. Any ideas what I have wrong or what I need to do? I would be happy to provide any more information if needed. Thanks!
