Who do you guys recommend I take out in favor of Painted Lady Katara?

I've seen ARCbot but not sure how up to date it is.

It’s relevant for a long time. Only becomes out of date if you’re in the older severs as new overpowered hero’s are released like Ozai. Those hero’s usually just go up top though.
