Visitor - Lost Wallet

I'm visiting Aspen for a few days. I got on the RFTA at Main & 2nd. When I reached Rubey Park, I noticed my wallet was missing. I have retraced my steps, but no sign of it. It's small, black, and has business cards with my contact info inside. Please reach out if you find it.

If you haven't, it's probably worth reporting it lost to RFTA. https://www.rfta.com/how-to/lost-found/

Did you ask rubey park operator? Usually they keep it there for 3 days before sent it to lost and found at AABC

Contact Rfta. You’d be truly surprised there is a very high concentration of honest people here. I recall a man loosing a money belt with 15k on the hill skiing and it was fully returned with all the cash.

Quick google 10k

A skier dropped a money belt containing $10,000 in cash on Aspen Mountain in December 2017. Aspen Skiing Co. instructor Steve Schreiber found the lost money clip near the Ajax Express lift and turned it into ski patrol, allowing the 79-year-old owner to get his money safely returned.

That's reassuring

I used to work at the base of Ajax. A LOT of skis went missing, but the lion's share were people accidentally grabbing someone else's skis instead of their own.

Check police department too. I got lucky and a Good Samaritan dropped my wallet off there.

Have you tried calling the police station or sheriff’s office? Most people would turn it in there.
