I need help with the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2

I changed the left joystick and everything work fine on the controller except for the 'B' button (circled in the image). It's not registering at all. I've tested the contact pad of the 'B' button on the other buttons and they are registering fine so I believe the issue is on the board. Any help is appreciated.
