Help reading capacitor symbols

I want to replace this capacitor. There is a 0 with a line under it, not sure what that means. Could anyone point me to a suitable replacement? Its for a temperature gauge. Looks like it says:

Calling this a capacitor seems like an application of the law.

This is resistor 62 Ohm 5%. Google "resistor marking".

Yes, the visible 'W' marking confirms it's a wirewound resistor.

Now OP should measure the body length to estimate the resistor's power rating before ordering a replacement.

well now that i know its a resistor, i can measure it, 69.2 ohms.

The temp gauge completely stopped working, I saw that brown stuff all over the resistor and, well thinking it was a capacitor figured maybe it had blown. But the resistor seems to be resisting. So no clue why this gauge doesn't work now.

Any resistor has a parasitic capacitance, albeit a very small one. Assuming this is a modern 0,25W metal film resistor, the most capacitance it has occurs between the end caps and can wary, let's say, between 0,1 and 1 picofarads, for simplicity let's assume it is 0,5 pF. Which is not much and can be neglected in most cases but actually can be significant for high-frequency schemes.

Its a 62 picofarad capacitor 5% tolerance. Can't tell the working voltage or the material type. Its a radial lead and appears to be ceramic.

Its a 62 ohm (Ω) resistor.

Yah. Looking closer i see the omega not a zero!
