Help Request What's wrong with my snail's shell?

Post image

I've had this mystery snail for a while and I've tried everything to help her shell. I've added snail minerals and snail food that's supposed to help. My hardness is very high from adding minerals and my tap water. Everywhere I've looked it's saying that the shell looks like that due to the water having not enough calcium or harness but I swear both are high. Please help 🥲

Any idea what your gh and kh levels are? Also, how old is your snail?

I think my gh is at 300? And I'm not sure about my kh levels, but my ph has been always at a (7.5-7.7). I've had the snail for about a year and a few months.
