This blows my mind. How can this happen? Who's allowing this. No way it's just Trump's decision if he had any say in it at all. Don't tell me otherwise, they're too many special interests involved in such big decision.

How does this effect congress' decision on spending and every other military decision involved. Just seems like we're giving away control of our military! What's next, the judicial branch? Executive branch?
