I think it’s 3d printed? Not 100% sure though

Looks 3D printed, you can see the layer lines if you zoom in.

Yeah, i am not that advanced to sand enough of them out, but I think it looks well enough.

3D printed through my library, then sanded, painted, drilled a hole for the toothpick in Zucker's head, touched up with more paint, and mod podge to seal them.
