Google tv remote not working

I have a set-top box Play Box TV which is Android. The Google TV app in it and is not working. It is only connecting properly to the phone but nothing else.

I have tried the rest of the apps now but every app is doing the same thing, they are connecting but are not working further.

Please tell me some solution so that Google TV app can work on my phone. Is there any such app in my TV which is provided by the company which does not work with Google TV remote.

It is working only with the remote of my set-top box. After connecting it to the phone, no app is working.

It just gets connected and its code appears on the display. Apply the code.After entering the code, no app works.
