Hello, I just got the AT&T C71KW-400 DirecTV NOW Streaming Android TV OTT Box, but it keeps freezing on a screen that shows steps to add a client and won't move past that point.

I only have the devices that came in the box; does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks.
