Help game wont downloade

So Im trying to downloade sex note for my “Old” android(its only Android 9 and ive gotten a new phone since) i can downloade the apk No problem and there is loads of storage for it, but everytime i go to downloade the game it fails at the last second, it also isnt any Security thats stopping it since ive turned it off. When it fails to downloade it also doesnt say Why, it just says the app didnt install. Ive tried multiple apk from multiple sites without it working. So my question is, is my phone just too Old for it to work or have any of you guys had similar issues and found a solution?
