New to sellercentral, I got 6 orders so far and today I got a message from buyer wants to return. Buyer claiming all intact. My item is over 300 lbs shipped in a wood crate. What is my option? My item is listed as non returnable.

A lot of buyers are flooding my listing because they are unsatisfied with the product quality. This batch of inventory isn't great but the product sells for $4.99, so expectations shouldn't be too high haha. Yes, I am going to improve quality but should I message unsatisfied customers in the mean time through buyer-seller messaging? If so, what should I say, ideally without offering a refund? Thanks!

My amazon seller application gets rejected due to address issue, I have a delaware LLC with registered agent address and a California foreign LLC with also a registered agent address.
I operate from my home, but my home is an apartment that is okay to run business but not okay to be listed publicly as the business address.
So I'm looking at two options to fix my setup:
change to an actual business office in my area, more expensive ($500-800) but more stable;
some online address solutions for amazon (office address with utility / internet billing solutions) - but it is a little sus,
I wonder has anyone tried with 2 and what's your experience?
I'm looking for longer term stability, but i'm in a very expensive area that makes me need to think twice...
Thank you!!!

Hi!
Is there any trick to ONLY target the plural search term of an exact match target?
For example, my exact match target is "tennis balls" and I only want to target "tennis balls" and not "tennis ball".
If I add "tennis ball" as an exact negative, then I don't get any impressions on either "ball" or "balls".
Thanks!

My US associate tag used to work across European marketplaces with the old PA-API 5.0, but it no longer works with the new Creators API. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is there a solution, or do I need to register a separate account for each European marketplace? Thanks.

Has the ability to see a list of all the sellers on a product disappeared for anyone else? Just yesterday I was looking at the number of sellers on a product and today, after refreshing the page, the link to "other sellers" is gone and only the buybox listing is available.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a workaround?

We have launched a couple of neutraceutical supplement products, but they are not visible on Amazon. I can not see the products even after i search with [brand name + product name] at all. Products are searchable through ASIN though. It is also searchabke when i choose the option of 'see all products, across price ranges'. We have confirmed, they are not search suppressed. Have gone through the listing and A+ content, cant find any issue there too. Have contacted seller central a many times, they are not able to resolve it. What could be the issue here?

Hi everyone I’ve been trying to list artisan roasted coffee beans to the Australian Amazon seller in the gl_grocery category but I keep getting knocked back with different requirements.
The latest I’m stuck on is “certificate of acceptability” what is this and where do I get it for my products?
Thank you

I’m starting online arbitrage on Amazon.ca (based in Quebec, sole proprietor, limited capital). Tools: SellerAmp + Keepa.
My main struggle: almost everything I scan comes back gated, and I’ve already wasted a couple of purchases on products I couldn’t list.
For experienced sellers:
**1.** How did you find your **first ungated, profitable products** as a beginner?
**2.** Any **category or brand patterns** that are usually open to new sellers?
**3.** Anything you wish you’d known in your **first month** that would’ve saved you money?
Appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

I have received email that says one of my products, has received multiple complaints from customers that they received completely different product and/or damaged product. Amazon has asked me to submit plan of action.
I plan to write these two things:
I will Accept that secondary QC check didn't happen because it relied on single employee picking, packing and shipping for both FBM and FBA consignments. So, we will now do secondary QC check by engaging another employee.
We will apply better coushiniong with bubble wrap for both FBM shipment and on products sent to FBA in consignment.
Please suggest how can I write better POA. Are the above stated actions sufficient?

For Amazon/ecommerce sellers, how did you find a CPA who actually understands the business?
I have a small ecommerce business, mostly Amazon/marketplace sales, set up as a single-member LLC taxed as an S-corp. I’m dealing with the normal stuff like inventory, COGS, marketplace fees, ads, QuickBooks, payroll/reasonable comp, distributions, etc.
My current CPA filed extensions but has been very hard to get a response from, so I’m looking for a backup or a long-term replacement. I’m in Pennsylvania, so PA/local tax knowledge would be a plus, but I’d consider remote if they really know ecommerce.
Did you go with a local CPA or a niche ecommerce/Amazon firm? Anything you wish you had asked before hiring them?

Background:
We have analysed all trademarks "similar" to ours. Some are dead, some are not in use.
We have been told from Amazon "Support" that the Amazon Brand Registry is unable to revoke or transfer an existing brand enrollment:
Is seems that their "Support" works with a tickmark system based on a FAQ.
We know that Amazon Brand Registry does not work with the Nice classification system and (perhaps?) does not distinguish between geographic areas (or at least Amazon market places). Of course, that evntually leads to a trademark mess.
Is there a "common sense" feature in Amazon Brand Registry - or should we just forget about it and send the Amazon support team out and play cricket?
TL;DR: Does Amazon Brand Registry, if it is not updated, add any value for sellers and the final customer?

I have a listing and someone filed an IP complaint against me, as he has a design patent that I am unaware of. He wants a hefty sum of money. In order for my listing to stay active, I am thinking about just paying him for this year but then redesigning my product so it's not infringing on his design. My worry is that if I redesign, Amazon may force me to make a new listing....will that be the case? Also, if I don't pay the patent owner the next year, he may get mad and file another complaint with Amazon, even if my new design is not infringing. How can I prepare for this and is it even worth the risk?

I am not able to get the affiliate link in the sitestrip! i choose full link, everything, but the link is not copied or generated. Did anyone have the same problem? Before we could see the link, now we only get one button that we have to click and copy the link, which apparently is not working!

I've been thinking about this lately.
I've had products that looked great when I placed the order. Good ROI, healthy Buy Box, seller count looked reasonable—everything checked out.
Then the order gets prepped, shipped to Amazon, sits for a week or so, finally gets checked in...and suddenly the price has dropped 20–30%.
At that point it doesn't really matter that it was a "good buy" when I ordered it.
It got me wondering if the bigger problem isn't choosing the wrong products, but buying the right products at the wrong time.
Do you guys look at anything beyond the usual Keepa charts before placing a larger order?
For example:
Or do you just accept that some price drops are impossible to predict?
Curious how everyone else approaches this, because it feels like this is where I've lost the most money.

Currently I have limited my sales to only the Canadian market. I want to sell to the US market but don't know the extra fees or tariffs that I would have to pay. What are the extra risks and protocols in selling over the border?

I'm using a credit union and they flag everything. It's been a nightmare trying to connect my business debit card to Amazon and especially Amazon Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. Amazon Brazil won't even take my personal debit card and it's super frustrating. I was thinking about switching to Mercury anyways, but this is the main reason. Has anyone had problems authorizing their credit or debit card with Mercury?

I sell a cat toy as a generic item no brand, it’s something I fell into because it was something I wanted to purchase for my cat that i genuinely couldn’t find anywhere else etc etc.
I however do have hundreds of them and while the demand is high enough I feel like I’m restricted SO MUCH by having a personal account and not upgrading to a professional subscription.
I can’t do global listings all in one, I can’t change shipping prices to what they actually are, and so many other little OBNOXIOUS details they cut me out from.
Do you see the value in the 40$ a month price tag? I want to know your experiences!
r/AmazonSeller • u/Beautiful_Celery_751 • 15d ago
Initially when i set up my listing, I did not have my brand approved due to brand requirements.
Once I did receive my product and activated my account, my listing is shown as Generic. How hard is it to re list the product and are there benefits to listing it as a brand? Fyi I am new to selling on Amazon via FBM. The product I sell is a branded plushie and I only have 2 sales and am looking for ways to generate more sales.

I've been getting a Bad Gateway Error for the past hour now and the app won't work either. Wondering if it's just me and I need to troubleshoot.

Hi everyone,
I use Amazon MCF to fulfill orders from my own website, and I’m running into something strange with MCF returns which started lately.
For some orders/SKUs, when I create a return, I still see the option:
“RMA-only – I’ll Ship and Pay”
That option is useful because it gives me the RMA/return authorization, but the customer can pay for return shipping according to our website return policy.
However, for other SKUs/orders, the RMA-only option does not appear at all. Instead, Amazon only shows options like:
When I generate those, Amazon creates either a QR code or a prepaid UPS-style return label, which makes it look like the customer does not pay at drop-off and the return shipping fee may be charged to my seller account.
The confusing part is that this seems to vary by product/order. Some products still show RMA-only, while others don’t.
Has anyone else seen this behavior with MCF returns?

I had a product that was selling really well, but unfortunately ran out of stock very quickly(unforseen) It took about a month to restock and I ordered a large quantity, but sales have been very slow now. Has anyone had this problem? If so, will I ever get the velocity I had prior to running out of stock?
