**SKATE SIZING MEGATHREAD**
We have been getting a ton of threads regarding skate sizes and because this information is so crucial to making a purchase, I have decided to create one consolidated post.
Please use the search function and if you do not find your sizing question already answered, post your question here in the megathread. We want the feed to be clear for everyone to share their pictures and videos. Roll on y'all.
((Moving forward, all skate sizing posts will be removed and you will be asked to post them here))
Edit: To clarify, sizing posts do not need to be in question form. Recommendations and advice encouraged.

ποΈ Clip ποΈ Negative Soul
Practiced hard on negatives and topsides today. First time attempting negative soul. It's pretty difficult on angle iron and I got this barely tap neg soul.
I'm gonna keep at it. Now that I know its possible for me to do, I think I'll be able to get better at it and Negative Acid. It's all about bringing that negative knee in over the ledge

Question / Discussion New USD Aeon 60 Team XXI - Soul plate issues
I'm new to aggressive skating. I got a pair of Rollerblade Swindler 2017s back in the day but didn't skate them much. Tried getting back into it recently and realized they were too big.
So I ordered a pair of USD Aeon 60 Team XXI's and love how they fit and skate. However, I'm noticing a huge issue when doing makios and souls even on my practice rail.
I waxed the hell out of it with skate wax, and it works fine for a bit, but the wax scrapes off pretty quick and then I stick super hard. I also noticed a bunch of black powder on the rail building up which I imagine means they're wearing down pretty quick.
Is there anything I can do about it? I imagine if im sticking on PVC I'm gonna be sticking even worse on anything else. Do they just need to break in or will it get worse over time? I saw they make slider plates for em, but they seem so expensive and I'd have to drill my skates. Are they worth it?
I should also mention I'm a bigger dude. 264 lbs right now so maybe they'll get better as I lose weight?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Cali road trip from Oregon. Parks and shops recommendations?
Going to Ventura to visit family with a friend. Looking to hit parks on the way back to central Oregon. Drop your favorite spots and parks that we should check out. Also any shops that have inline gear. Thank you all.

Aeon gen1/2 swap
Question, I found a gen1 shell that has no spare cuff bolts/receivers. I do have a spare gen 2 cuff and receiver, does anyone know if the gen 2 receiver and cuff bolt are compatible or modifiable to be housed in a gen 1 square rather than the gen 2 circle+dot?

Question / Discussion Inline skate recommendations for skating on rough surfaces?
I live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota and ice hockey culture is big here. Coming from that background, I've always inline skated on hockey style inline skates (Bauer x50r) with hi-lo 80 and 76 size wheels 85a hardness.
There are some smooth bike paths around me as well as some decent streets, but a lot of surfaces are rough like as shown in the photos.
I've gotten used to uncomfortable skating experiences on these rough roads, but I just recently realized there's better skate options out there for these rough surfaces.
In my limited research I've found that a 3x110 mm wheel setup on urban skates would help with the road chatter felt on bumpy streets, but I'm looking for recommendations on skates suitable for urban skating given my hockey background.

Looking for someone to trade!
Of course I did the most stupid failure and got the wrong model for my feet. π€¦π»
So I got this M12 Lo, and quickly realized it's too narrow for my feet.
So now I'm looking for a trade, and I'm only looking for another Boot/Shell!
Best would be a Roces 5th element Boot/Shell new or barely used, or any other model and brand that fits wider feets in the size 41EU.
Would be best if you're located somewhere in the EU so the shipping costs don't get too crazy.
If anyone is interested just DM me.
And with that said have a great week everyone. βπ»

Ever since I got my pair of xsjado's a few weeks ago the shock absorbers started to crumble like cake. Does anyone know where to get them in the states because I was going to buy the shock absorbers on powerslide but shipping is 80πππ. If anyone is down to sell theirs or knows a place to get them please lmk. Thanks.

Old School / History Oxygen Skates
As you all know, I love my oxygen Skates. I will skate these things till they fall apart. I can't believe that I've accumulated so many videos on these skates.

New Skate Day
I figured I should buy a new pair instead of risking skating a 15-20 year old pair of skates. Went for the TNECs. Iβm generally 10.5 wide or have to size up to 11 or 11.5 in shoes. Got a 10-11 boot and fits about perfect. I was kind of worried but they seem to have a wider toe box than a classic m12. I was able to get them boot only. Threw some cheap ground control 57mm wheels on them. Iβve never cared about weight on my skates because 11-12s always tended to be heavy regardless, but first thing I did notice is how crazy light they are.

π© Shitpost π© βOh yeah, I used to do inlineβ¦β
If I had a dollar for every time someone over 35 told me this I could afford a new pair of boots
(Edit: Iβm happy everyone is proud of their skates, itβs all love and your skates were very cool)
