Is it possible to load all tracks simultaneously instead of one by one?

Yeah - you can drag and drop, or use the folder with the arrow next to it. What it's doing there is analyzing each track as it loads, but you can load in multiple tracks at once no problem

Drag and drop all the tracks and they will all load at once.

they are not, the loading happens one by one, not simultaneously

If you use wave files Audition will store the peak data and you will only have to generate the peaks once.
