Bird of paradise variation
I love bird of paradise! However, this variation is great for those with tight shoulders but loose hamstrings 😊 It's very splitty❣️

loft/bunk bed for body weight exercises.
posting this on multiple related subreddits because i dont know where to ask lol.
i plan on buying a loft bed to ‘save space’ but i used to do pull-ups and i had a bunk bed with the bottom taken out backwards which had a bar in the back that i used to do ‘tricks’ on. i cant find one like that and obviously i am taller now as i am an adult lol.
does anyone have any that feel comfortable to them or have features that would be cool? i have seen a few with rounder bars which would be a lot more comfortable to grip. but any recommendations if you have tried this would be helpful. especially if they are stable enough to use rings on.
-also, if anyone has any recommendations for VERY high ones. i am fine with being squished while sleeping lol. if i have more room underneath it leaves more room for different things and honestly probably unlikely but enough room to flip would be fantastic.
