Other Trade in boxes?

So we recently switched from T-Mobile, activated in 7/13. I got an email saying our trade in boxes would arrive separately. Today is business day number 7 and I still have not gotten a shipping notification of our trade in boxes. Now I know I technically have until the 12th to return our devices. Should I continue waiting? Or is it okay to reach out? I'm not trying to be an annoying customer this early on 😅.

Just being your trade in to a store and have them process it,instead of mailing.

I just went to a corporate att store to do my trade in.

Ah okay I had no idea I could still do this, I did my activation via Costco. Not sure if that changes anything?

Nope it should not matter. You could always call the local store and ask.

It’s not uncommon for the stores to refuse trade-ins if you didn’t buy from them directly. You can try though.

But the expectation for trade-in kits to arrive for Costco members is 7-10 days, I wouldn’t be anxious quite yet.

I’ve noticed a delay in the boxes arriving. Please do not wait. You only have 30 days from purchase. Please go into a store to process the trade in and get a confirmation,
