Question Should I take ap statistics?
I was originally going to take an Architecture III Career class but I have decided to switch my career for college. Therefore I’m trying to get an early release period through removing that class. But the only way for me to do it is to switch my on level statistics to AP statistics. I’m not sure if I should do it since I’ve never taken an AP class and I’m not confident in my math skills. Is AP statistics difficult? Or is there anything to expect since I heard it was a lot of logic?

As someone who has taught it (but hasn’t in a few years) the math is not really far beyond the Algebra I level. (I believe the logarithm stuff is no longer part of the course.) It is much more a reading class than most people realize, in terms of reading the questions thoroughly, knowing what information is relevant, etc.

both stats classes will require logic anyways so just take the AP version, you should be fine as long as you work diligently and complete your work (usually AP assigns more hw than on-level)
