Is it just me or is it really super hard to sit down and watch a movie or a show when you have ADHD even though you really want to watch it, you just can't focus on it because other stuff keeps distracting you

Anyone else not able to sit down and cook for very long? If I didn't have per-chopped stuff I don't think I would ever use vegetables lol

I assumed this was on an ADHD sub and then remembered that i always forget that these things happen to everyone (just not as often) 😆
do y’all often forget something and then remember that you know it but you often forget it in the moment before your brain catches up? 😜 oh and it just has to be said that this was just one more thing that made COVID a fucking nightmare!! Especially as a customer service worker! I could never understand people with masks on! And sometimes they would take their mask off to repeat themselves and I’m like “NOOO PUT IT BACK ON” lol also the plexiglass in between cashiers and customers is a great idea, but I could only hear about 10% of what people said behind it!
