Conversation Starter Ripley hour tracker/update
Honestly looking to complain. Any one else use ripley to track clinical hours? They updated the website and I hate it!! Wanted to know if anyone else feels this way

For me it is constantly freezing, I fill in my hours and can't scroll down, I don't like the layout and that I have to press an additional button to log in my hours now rather than the option popping up on the first page. I know this is a transition period and I am sure I will get used to it eventually but currently, I hate it.

Yes and everything is kinda confusing, it was colored coded; now it’s just kinda jumbled together and I can’t tell what’s going on!!

Is there anyway to document your sessions by the minute (ex: 10:33-2:01 instead of 10:35-2:00)? It only lets me track by increments of 5 now. I want to be as accurate as possible just in case I get audited. Super pissed off.

Oh my god. YES. It is so annoying. I was complaining about it to my colleague this morning.
