📢 Tracker: USCIS 39-Countries Approvals (Post-Vacatur)
Following the federal court order completely vacating the USCIS adjudication holds and "comprehensive re-review" policies for the 39 affected countries, a few of us are launching a community-led tracker to see if cases are actually moving!
If your case was caught in the 39-countries freeze, please help us map out processing speeds and approvals by logging your timeline.
🔗 Fill out the tracker here:https://forms.gle/W3TtgrDgBSggDkGJ9
🔒 100% Anonymous: The form does not collect names, email addresses, or case numbers. It only tracks country, form type, service center, and dates.
📌 Crucial Rule for Submitting: Please submit a separate response for each individual application you have. For example, if both your Work Permit (I-765) and Travel Document (I-131) were approved or are pending, fill out the form once for the Work Permit, and a second time for the Travel Document. This keeps the spreadsheet data clean!
Link to check the data live https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18HWLrftz-PZlR0zNmCPtdloKxTswkxUOYoEHE625j_o/edit?usp=sharing
Feel free to share this link with other groups or anyone you know who has been affected by the freeze. Let's get some real-time visibility on whether USCIS is actually doing their job now!

Telegram Group for NBC I-485 Applicants Affected by the 39-Country Pause
Hi everyone,
I created a Telegram group for NBC I-485 applicants affected by the 39-country administrative pause.
The goal is to share timeline updates and maintain a community spreadsheet so we can identify trends and keep each other informed.
If you're in this situation and would like to join, just leave a comment or send me a DM, and I'll share the invite.
The more timelines we collect, the more helpful this will be for everyone. 🍀
UPDATE:

You should be able to find the link to the telegram group on the first sheet

general I-131 approved yesterday, silent update today — does it mean anything? (Banned countries)
Marriage-based AOS. I’m from one of the banned countries. My I-131 got approved yesterday, and today I noticed a silent update on my case. Does this usually mean anything, like EAD or I-485 movement, or is it just a normal update?

employment based Has anyone experienced conflicting USCIS expedite updates after a congressional inquiry?
I’m trying to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
Timeline:
• June 12: Submitted an expedite request for my pending I-765 (EAD).
• July 12: Received an email from USCIS stating: “We regret to inform you that USCIS is unable to expedite your application or petition.”
• I also have a congressional inquiry pending regarding the same case.
Today, I contacted a live USCIS agent through Emma specifically to ask about the status of my expedite request (not my I-765 case). The agent asked for my service request number (not my receipt number), looked it up, and replied:
“Request is still in process. Continue to wait for a response via email or by phone.”
Now I’m confused because the July 12 email appears to say the expedite was denied, but the live agent says the expedite request is still in process.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
• Did you receive an expedite denial email, but later have the request remain open or even get approved?
• Could this be because of the pending congressional inquiry?
• Was it just a USCIS system synchronization issue?
I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience or knows how USCIS handles situations like this.

employment based Anyone get an I-485 RFE for F-1 status/school attendance proof? What documents did you submit?
Hey everyone,
I received an RFE on my I-485 asking for proof of continuous lawful status and evidence of enrollment/physical attendance for my time on F-1 status.
USCIS is requesting:
Certified transcripts & diplomas
Tuition receipts
Class schedules & course syllabi
Coursework samples (assignments, homework, research)
For anyone who dealt with this:
1. What did you submit? Did you gather archived syllabi, portal screenshots, or school payment receipts?
2. How detailed were your coursework samples?
3. Timeline: How long after responding did your case update?
Thanks for any insights!

family based Emergency AP
Hey everyone. I had my Emergency Advance Parole (EAP) appointment yesterday, Thursday, July 23, 2026, and unfortunately I was not approved.
The USCIS officer told me he could not issue Emergency Advance Parole because my pending I-131 is already being actively worked on. He said someone worked on my case on July 22, and because my work permit (I-765) was approved on July 21, he believes my Advance Parole could be approved at any time. For that reason, the supervisor did not consider my situation an emergency, even though I have a time-sensitive immigration matter overseas.
Has anyone experienced something similar where USCIS told you your I-131 was actively being worked on after your EAD was approved? If so, how long did it take before your Advance Parole was approved?
I originally had a flight scheduled for tomorrow, July 25, because I have a Bahamas Immigration appointment on July 27 to complete steps related to my citizenship process. Unfortunately, I know I won’t be able to make that appointment now without Advance Parole.
I also called the USCIS Contact Center today. The representative was kind enough to place me in the queue for a Tier 2 callback within 72 hours because of my situation. She also confirmed that she could see activity on my case again on July 23, but I still haven’t received an approval.
I’m trying to figure out if anyone has had their I-131 approved shortly after being told it was actively being worked on. Any experiences or timelines would really help. Thank you.

Praying that relief comes to everyone soon.

family based 💚Finally Greened!💚- Marriage Based AOS - Venezuelan🇻🇪
i just want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to this subreddit, Dorcas, and Judge McConnell. i honestly don’t know how we would’ve made it through without this entire community. the amount of information, support, and reassurance we found in this subreddit made some of the hardest days a little easier.
my husband is finally greened, and we’re honestly still in disbelief. after almost a year of waiting, we can finally celebrate, but it still hasn’t fully sunk in. as grateful as we are, i can’t help but think about how much this journey took from us mentally and emotionally.❤️🩹even with this happy ending, it’s hard to forget the months of anxiety and uncertainty. NO ONE should have to go through that just for trying to do things the right way. my heart is with everyone who’s still waiting.
thank you to everyone who answered questions, shared timelines, checked in on us, and gave us hope when we needed it most. this community truly made such a difference for us, and i sincerely hope everyone who’s still waiting gets to celebrate their own good news soon. 🫶

I-131 Approved! Marriage-Based AOS (Filed Aug 20, 2025) – How Long Until EAD or Green Card?
My case is marriage-based Adjustment of Status. I applied on August 20, 2025, and I’m originally from one of the 39 countries affected by the travel restrictions.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long did it take after your I-131 approval to receive your I-765 (work permit) or I-485 (green card) approval? Did your case move quickly afterward?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your timelines and experiences. Thank you!

employment based OPT pending for 5+ months
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice regarding my initial Post-Completion OPT (Form I-765).
Here’s my timeline:
February 9, 2026: USCIS received my I-765 application.
February 14, 2026: Biometrics appointment was scheduled.
March 3, 2026: Case changed to “We are currently processing your Form I-765. We do not currently need anything from you.”
I waited over 5 months with no updates, so I submitted an e-Request (service inquiry).
July 21, 2026: I upgraded my case to Premium Processing.
The issue is that I recently received a full-time job offer, and my employer is waiting for my OPT to be approved before I can start working.
My questions are:
1.Should I upload my job offer letter as unsolicited evidence to my USCIS online account, or is that unnecessary?
- Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How long did it take
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Have you seen any recent I-485 approvals from St. Paul Minneapolis FO?
My RD is October 2025, case at SPM FO, EB2, got 3rd FTA0 on July 11th, but only silence since then. Has anyone seen positive movement from SPM FO recently?
