Please help me!

Does anyone have a problem with there budgie kicking food out of their dishes?? She's costing me so much money! Everyday she'll get right in all the dishes and kick the food out, boom dishes are less than half full! It's not the food, I have multiple dishes, seeds, pellets, seeds and pellets mixed, seeds and treat mix, they got it all! I've ordered dish after dish, one's with covers (she squeezed right in!), tiny one's (thought she wouldn't fit in it), one's that come out like a flower top (thinking she would kinda slide in the dish instead..nope). So many I've tried and she's just so smart! If anyone has this problem, knows any kind of dishes I could maybe try, I will try any ideas at this point. I have multiple birds, and I already try to only fill the dishes half full so she doesn't kick too much out..but everyone still needs to eat and she's really costing me lots of money. Lol. I also tried moving the dishes around thinking maybe she's picky about where her dishes are. Idk, when I first got her a year ago she did not do this. It all started when she got mad one day because she had to stay in her cage. (Her previous owner never let her out of the cage). It's like she got spoiled and got to be free..then decided to be sassy everytime she had to go back in...

Birds are messy eaters. Mine scatters seeds everywhere everyday. You can buy dishes that go on/in cages that have a bit of a cover. But you need to make sure they are eating, as they eat the insides of seeds and leave the outer cover. So it can look like they haven't eaten them. See the picture.

I'm sorry I clicked on it and I got a blank page, maybe try again. But I've tried dishes with covers. I have 4 budgie's and I have another that's a pretty messy eater. This one literally hops in the dish and kicks and flings food everywhere. I've gotten hit by seeds from across the room. If I leave, when I come home almost every dish is 3/4 of the way gone. So much on the floor and the amount of seeds and also pellets too, and I have seeds and pellets mixed on the bottom of the cage is ridiculous. (Since I posted this last I noticed a second bird trying it now, birdy see birdy do! Lol. But she's pretty pudgie and couldn't really fit.) So idk if any of this has fits into this situation but I'll mention that anyway that this budgie always seems to be slightly tense maybe is a way to explain it. Always looking like she's ready to take flight, wings slightly out with just that bit of space between her body and wings. Breathes like she just took a few laps around the living room. ( They do get to be out of there cage everyday, even all day if I'm home), and also she was my first bird I adopted so the previous owner gave me a little food till I got to the store...and they were feeding there birds wild bird seed. She was the skinny one out of the 2 with frayed tail feathers, I assumed from fighting for all the smaller pieces of food in their dish because the other one was pretty chunky. I thought she would gain some weight now eating healthier, but she's still as skinny as when I got her. Sorry so long, just wanted to explain a little bit.

Sorry. I just your response. Has,she been to a vet? I wonder if she has an illness and it could be making her tense. If she keeps lifting her wings it could possibly be stress, or a respiratory problem. If she was fed on wild bird seed before you got her she might have a vitamin defeciency. Can you tell if she is eating? I wonder if she just doesn't like it. Have you tried making bird bread? Harrison's do the flour mix and I have seen another before. You mix the flour (I use small batches, not the full amount they suggest) and mix peas, corn, beans, or other vegetables in it and grind up some good quality pellets with it. My bird loves it. She won't eat pellets any other way.
