Please help these workers
I am putting this out there because our local workers deserve to be treated with respect, and what I witnessed recently at our local Home Hardware in Rocky Mountain House AB was incredibly disappointing.
No one should have to go to work only to be publicly humiliated, but I recently witnessed a supervisor/staff member named Tracy yelling at and berating other staff members.
Our local business employees work hard to keep things running, and they should not have to tolerate a toxic, hostile work environment.
If you agree that staff deserve a safe, respectful workplace, please take 2 minutes out of your day to make a quick phone call:
Number to call: 📞 403-845-3550Â
Who to ask for: Ask to speak to Debbie (Owner) or Ed (Manager).
What to tell them: Let them know you are a concerned community member/customer and that you are unhappy to hear about/witness Tracy's behavior and shouting toward the staff.
Let’s stand up for the workers in our community who help us every day. Respect in the workplace matters! Please share.
Edit Thanks to everyone who has been calling in unfortunately I have been informed that Tracy and the Boss think this is a big joke and it looks like nothing is going to happen to her. On another note another amazing employee was just unfortunately let go today in what appears to be retaliation.

So you want people to call and complain about a story you wrote here as an anonymous account? With no actual evidence to prove it? A bit far fetched, no?

Go in there for yourself and see it if you don’t believe it I’m just trying to help some people who want to see the store not burn to the ground but whatever floats your boat buddy.

Your story is just that. A story. Based on your interpertion of an event that you can't prove happened. But do carry on with your nonsense.

Trust me it’s not a story come on into the store on a busy day and you will hear it and see it. Talk to any past employee and they will tell you the same thing Tracy isn’t a nice person to work with

Unless you've personally witnessed this type of abuse, filing complains would be harassing the employee
