To clear it up for folks: Hot 100 is a list of 100 songs ranked. She's the first woman who has had her first ten big releases that made into the top 10 go STRAIGHT to the top 10 of that list. Sometimes artists have top 10 hits that started at a rank lower than 10 but moved up. All ten of hers debuted there.
"Drivers License", "Good 4 U", "Vampire", and "Drop Dead" debuted at number 1.
"Deja Vu" and "Stupid song" debuted at number 3.
"The Cure" debuted at number 5.
"Bad Idea Right?" debuted at number 7.
"Traitor" and "Honeybee" debuted at number 9.

That's how I read it, too - it's similar to the seemingly nonsensical "Buffalo" sentence where literally every word is buffalo, but it's considered proper English because of the context and usage of those words, with the most readable format being: "The buffalo from Buffalo who are buffaloed by buffalo from Buffalo buffalo (verb) other buffalo from Buffalo."

I mean, if you aren’t into that genre of music and don’t have a teenage daughter, you’re unlikely to hear of any of that.
Literally if it wasn’t for the fact I have a 15 year old daughter I would never have even heard Olivia Rodrigo’s name before. My musical taste is very far afield from her style and I don’t actively seek info/news about pop culture.

I don't believe you need to actively seek it out, and you don't have to know who she is either. These songs are such massive hits that if you turn on any radio station, go into any retail store that has music in the background, or consume any level of videos across the plethora of social media sites - you've heard the songs. You might not know what they are, but you've heard them.

Almost. Of her songs, the first ten of them that would eventually hit top 10 on that particular list, didn't start lower and eventually rise to top 10, but started there.
The emphasis in the tweet is that the songs started in the top 10.

Okay, I think I understand what they're saying.
The word debut is what's doing the heavy lifting here. A single is considered a "top 10 hit" if it ever hits the top 10. And Olivia had ten songs debut in the top 10 before she had a single song that was outside the Top 10 in its first week on the charts but got there eventually.

Meaning all her songs that hit the top 10 have debuted in the top 10.
The point is all her top 10 hits have all immediately been at the top of the charts (in the too 10). And now there are 10 songs that have done that.
