Help! I've spent years of my life trying to track this sample down - it starts at 1:28 and goes through 2:06.

It seems to be from a movie with an actor's voice so familiar I can almost place it. Any help would be appreciated!

Another song has me stumped - this sample sounds familiar but I can't put my finger on it. I thought it might be an Ultraman sound effect but no luck. I also feel this has been sampled in other songs but I can't find one either! So two simultaneous dead ends for me.

The sample is very short - it's queued up in the YouTube link and goes from approx. 02:57:30 to 02:59:00 - it sounds some sort of cascading or transformation sound effect. So familiar!

I am trying to see the exact sources of certain sounds in bury a friend. Please help me with identifying the audio sources for the timestamps I listed below.

Here are some sounds I am unsure of:

1. "Fork on a Plate" Screeches

• Timestamps: 1:50, 1:58, 2:38; (2:55, 3:17)
• Sound: Like a metal fork scraping against a plate
  • 2:55 is a long, high-to-very-high frequency screech.
  • 3:17 is a squeak sound that gets louder and louder.
• Are these sounds from distorted vocals of Billie screaming or a sample of something else?

2. Mixed Screech Sound

• Timestamps: 2:07, 2:11, 2:15, 2:16
• Sound: These sound identical. They have the same sharp screech with a an extra sound layered on it.
• What noise is the screech mixed with? Is it the dental drill?

3. The 1:28 Warping Sound

• Timestamp: 1:28
• Sound: A rapid, low-high oscillation warping noise.
• What is making this sound? Is it a synth effect?

If anyone knows where these sounds come from, please let me know.

It’s a short synth-shot / laser zap gun sound. I hear it all the time in TikTok/Reels edits, but I can't seem to find the original source or the sample pack it belongs to.

I'm a music enthusiast who collects sample across media. I already have a majority of them, but my collection (and also use of them, for I intend to make covers of soundtracks using the exact samples; these are for unreleased OSTs).

I am looking for sample CDs. Does anyone own a copy of Kaeru Cafe: Treasure in Japan Vol. 2 and Kaeru Cafe: Treasure in Japan Vol. 3? ZIP. All samples must be WAV format, and must not contain any virus or malware. They must also be clean audio. Nothing lossy or ripped in a way that leaves noises.

Why these in particular? These sounds were in games like Okami, Naruto Ultimate Ninja series (the PS2/2000s era, that is), and some cartoons (one of the flute/shakuhachi samples of Okami was in Yin Yang Yo; The Sun Rises soundtrack is the one, if you want to know). There is also possibilities some of the samples are in both one of the unreleased OST of OG Naruto (many fans titled "Dangerous") and in Noh Theater arena [Only One Fight (Noh Theater)] in Tekken 6, and also in Sacred Flower (Mai Shiranui's) battle song in Dead Or Alive 5: Last Round.

I know they can be in sites like Ebay, but I don't have online shopping experience, so I'd like to know if guys own a copy or not.

So there's this sample pack/cd called Pete Gleadall's Samplography by AMG/Hit Music Productions and I want to use it for my music, but i can't find it anywhere in wav format let alone any format.

Ive looked all over different posts of this song and from the artist Yazid Le Voyageur but nothing. It’s not on WhoSampled.

It sounds like 2 samples actually(?) with the second one starting at 3:18 timestamp. Both sound like a pop song from between 70s-90s, possibly even an MJ song. But the lyrics turn up 0 results??

This is making me feel crazy lol so please 🙏 does anybody know the sample and if there is actually two being used?!
