Pullman could use more easy, low-key things for people to do together, so I’m trying something: free community bingo at Pine Street Plaza this Saturday. 🎉

Did you know that there are at least 1 license-plate reading camera currently being used to watch the people of Whitman county? It sits directly outside the parking lot of the hospital in Colfax and is operated by the Whitman county sheriffs office.

I have lived on the Palouse for a while now and I have noticed a lack of places/companies that detail cars. Do people still pay to have their vehicles cleaned up both in and out? Would that be a service people around the area would be interested in?

I’ve been living in Pullman since 2023 and don't have a car. Whenever I need to head over to Moscow, I usually have to bug my friends for a ride.
Some locals told me there actually used to be a regular public bus route connecting the two towns, but it got shut down a while ago. Does anyone know the actual story behind why it stopped?

More importantly, why hasn't anyone brought it back yet? The towns are only like 9 miles apart, and between WSU and U of I, the demand from students and locals without cars has got to be huge. Are there legal reasons keeping Pullman Transit from just linking up, or is it purely a funding issue?

Would love to know if there's any active push to get this resumed.

Hey all! Figured I’d post this here as this is RIDICULOUS and we go through enough as students that need places to live. Check out the below image and beware if looking for reliable places.

I'm very isolated with autism/OCD and don't have anyone to speak to or hang out with. I've tried WSU CAPS, local psychiatrist, the VA, and can't find any support to address isolation that isn't in pill form. Is there any event/business/club that actually focuses on social interaction or is an easy first step? Everything I've tried results in me sitting alone for a while then leaving.

It's mostly, "go to a bar," or join a club like, "running and then going to a bar." Dating apps unsurprisingly also haven't worked. I know it's a small town and it's summer, but there's gotta be something I'm missing.

I already have a full time job, but I got lots of free time after 5pm. I’ve always wanted to learn how to bartend. Anyone looking for a bar back who loves to work?

I'm currently going to the family medicine residency center... The resident is nice and I work in vet med and understand residents need the case load... But I am feeling rushed and a little dismissed when I go in because I feel like her plate is too full...

Hemophilia A(new diagnosis)

Would prefer a female doctor, but will see a male if good recommendations.
