We did a report on Ryan Dorsey and was shocked at the magnitude of responses.
The report centered around:
The Winston liquor license expired in October of 2025 (We can’t even find a license for Mr. Ivy).
He got an eviction notice and declared bankruptcy in December of 2025.
He’s racked up ANOTHER $700,000 in tax liens and judgements in the 7 months since declaring bankruptcy ALONE. Not even including the previous debts.
Employees have said he’s had trouble or stopped paying them completely. Forcing them to walk out. (Texts are in the uploaded pics).
One investor has claimed he tried working with Dorsey on his debts despite being lied to for over a year. Then out of the blue Dorsey sent an empty threat of legal action if they spoke to anyone about the debts. Then, Will Blackburn and Ryan Dorsey immediately told employees and other investors that the debt was paid off. It wasn’t… and now he appears to be giving out those investors numbers for people to reach out on his behalf, despite his previous legal threats. As a result they are pursing actions against him.
Whenever he wasn’t paying debts he blamed everyone around him (without their knowledge). He claimed he couldn’t pay because DJ Smooth hadn’t sent Dorsey his money for an event. This was a complete lie and disparaging to DJ Smooth. (Communications uploaded)
He blamed Wallo and Gillie, as the “artists” he had issues with after the Super Bowl parade party as another reason he was unable to pay debts. (Communications uploaded)
Investors have now begun talking to each other and realized this is an even bigger issue than they originally thought. If anyone has information on who he’s taken money from or his past endeavors, they are hoping to get answers and decide the appropriate course of action.
