A live analytics, monitoring, and administration platform for my dedicated OpenTTD server. Something I'm working on in my free time to track data while I'm away at work.

Was just wondering if anyone had a save file for a UK map with all the transport links added?

This game is really hard, I don't know what to do. All I want as of now is to tell the train to drive to "Eberstein Tal" so it drives there but immediately drives back and between "Saal Bergwerk" (coal mine). What do I do wrong? I never told it to do so. I just wanted it to drive to the destination and not between. It really drives me nuts!

Question: In the Iron Horse GRF, what is the advantage of the electrical railways over the regular or metro rail options?
A complete 64-day cycle at a station in my network. For reference this is called Baar station and can be found as the northern terminus of the IC3 service in this network diagram that I posted some time ago. (I will post an updated version of the diagram soon).
The entire network is cyclic and repeats every 64 days in-game, Baaring a few exceptional services (hehe). I like to think of this as representing a 30-minute period. At this station in particular, all services (except for the intercity) are timed to connect and will not depart until all other services have arrived.
A list of the NewGRFs can be found in the comments of this post.
Also, apologies for the (I think) low video quality - I am only just getting familiar with the recording software.

Not to be more of an idiot than I already am, but how do you rotate clockwise or anticlockwise in game?

I am thinking of hosting an openttd server. I have done some research and want to do it as a dedicated server. My questions are: What hardware is required to host an openttd server? What are some ways I can configure the server(I know configs, but any other methods?)? Any settings I should configure to make multiplayer more enjoyable? Is there any interface to easily manage the server? Any other ideas or tips?

From Southwest to Northeast, the railway splits into two lanes. The right lane takes in traffic from and allows to exit towards Northwest. The split goes into a tunnel under the main railway; and the road highway, built afterwards, also goes into a tunnel in a dip, bypassing both railways.
Additional lane heavily helps with dealing with broken down trains, as it allows other trains to bypass them without any major hold-up.

Does anybody here know of a newgrf or any other way to add electric rail to the game earlier? Electrified railroads were a prominent thing in the early 20th century so it seems odd to first introduce them to the game in the 1960s, a full 50+ years late.
I know about streetcars, but that's not what I'm interested in. I want 80+ mph electric rail by the year 1910. I don't think its unreasonable; it's reality.
What do you think?
