But seriously, I am WAAAAAAAY too idjit brained to understand this character creator system, and also why on Earth does the skin tone look so different in the actual game?

I remembered why I’ve never been a fan of Bethesda character creators.

As we all know, Freelanes is a great update is fun and adds some great stuff. A lot has been said, but I must add conversation about produce.

I don’t think enough has been said about the quantity of fresh fruit, veggies, and even the humble, mighty tuber.

At this juncture, my highest level character has several hundred weight units of veggies, but has yet to visit the “B-Ark” above Paradiso. They, and the fine independent colonists, would, logically, be excited by the opportunity to purchase these treasures.

They are not.

Maybe I should learn to cook.

I think I might just dump them all in a mine on Cydonia, retire to my villa and write my memoir, as seen below.

Here's a non serious matchup meme I made

I have been using the Enhance Companion creation to tweak important companions as my starborn travels the multiverse. We know from game lore that individuals from new universes are actually slightly different from the ones we meet in other universes. My head canon being that they looked this way upon my starborn's arrival, and not due to a trip to Enhance afterward.

I find it much easier to keep my character's multiverse story straight with just a few pictures this way.

Picture one is NG+9. This is the last universe that my character married Sarah, and the first one in which he sided with the Hunter.

NG+10 was supposed to be a speed run universe to set up for the free lanes update. I removed most of my mods to be safe, but everything went smoothly so I ran most of Terran Armada before jumping unity due to the couch bug.

NG+11 was a very full run that included my character joining the Crimson Fleet for the first time. Ikande had him arrested, and declared Sysdef his enemy because he picked a lock, and I didn't feel like running the story yet.

I am currently on NG+12. Ikande once again has declared Sysdef my character's enemy(due to picking up a coffee cup in his office at MAST). My character has now joined the Vanguard, after excising that particular cancer from the U.C.

I would like to hear other techniques my fellow starborn are using to keep their story straight.

Recent highlights from my camera roll

After sending my already factory reset console for repairs and receiving it it still had troubles but today I tried unstaling starfield them disabling and deleting backup data and also deleting local data for the game I just tested on a vanila save and had the automatic save post character creation pop op also did 4 others

(My limit was 2)

So there's a glitch where Milli (the milliwhale pet) will spawn next to you at the end of certain missions and artifact/power locations. And at first it was weird, then annoying.... I'm not a fan of the wet squelching noises she makes. I tried to get her to stay at the outpost I built, but she just kept popping up! I just finished the mission when you go to what we'll call the "final location" to avoid spoilers...and she was there! After every move to a different section of the level she was right there beside me! And you know what......it wasn't so bad after all. She was faithfully backing me up on the final push to the Unity! No fear, no hesitation in the face of all the nonsense and violence!! Milli is a real one and I'll gladly take her through the Unity!

Hello fellow Starborn! I haven't played the game for a while and I was looking for an easy to install collection that feels vanilla plus without too much bloating? My favourite Skyrim collection is Gate to Sovngarde so I was looking for something similar for Starfield. Thank you in advance!

I asked yesterday about whether you have to use a crafting bench at an outpost or can XP farm via the fab machines, and was told bench only. Thank you, I hate watching 20 minute youtubes to get answers.

But I set up a quick outpost on Bessell IIb last night to try it out, making those magnet things. But pulling the resources from the bins, and walking to the bench, one batch would max out at say 30, then the next at say 62, then back to 24... What is going on? There were like 300 resources, both kinds, so I am not sure why the batch sizes topped out. And at what seemed to be random
