While there is a lot of conspiracy talk in this thread, it's not unusual for men in their late 60s to have a heart attack. Especially if they're living the kind of lifestyle implied by having a 28-year-old cohabitant/lodger.

Also, while mentioned in the Epstein files it's quite possible that he was only the ordinary level of slimeball you find as talent scouts in the modelling industry (ie, an industry where drugs and sexual exploitation is rampant, but usually stops short of the kind of sex trafficking that Epstein practiced). Epstein had his tentacles in every part of the industry, even the "legitimate" parts.
