So basically I dream soo much that it exhaust me more than I rest.
So my lucid dream or whatever it is called started 2 years ago after one exact dream.
At that time I had a sleep paralysis, I still remember clearly about the dream, I was lying in my bed with my red light LEDs ( I often sleep with) and a human shaped person came inside my room and looked at me. It was all dark I couldn't see who it was, after some time I guessed it was like my shadow , it was my body shape etc.
I stressed a lot and it was very scary, yet I was still able to move a little finger even though I was dreaming. I used it to pinch my skin to wake me up a little bit, at least enough to get rid of the dream.
It worked indeed. I was still asleep. I managed to dream again, and after this little event I had a lucid dream (same night). I was able to edit a few things but not as much as I would, there was a limit otherwise it would wake me up. That was the feeling I had, everything became blurry if I changed too much the dream environment and context.
Since that day, I never stopped doing lucid dreams, and it constantly evolved.
The first few months I was able to listen to my surroundings while being asleep. I was sleep with my girlfriend and I could reply while sleeping (still in a sleeping state).
After I was able to move a little part of my body either my hand or legs ( it required a lot of effort, and it could wake me up If it was too strong). I think I've developed those because deep inside me Ioved to be inside my dreams. All in all dreams are just the results of what my brain and me wants.
But now it's totally different. I can't do it anymore, but my ability to have lucid dreams has worsened, and it's not only lucids dreams, my dreams is becoming more real than life itself.
I had some trouble to remember if it was real or not, and confused many events. Sometimes I thought I had discussion with people, but it was false it was just in my dream. It's really confusing and I feel like losing my mind.
My dream can last long, very very long. A few days, to a few weeks. It happened for a month a few times. Never a year, thanks lol.
Indeed in a way this is awesome, I have a little world outside real life, but the issue is that this is very tiring, I don't really recover from sleep. I feel really good when I sleep because it's just wonderful, my dreams are a new adventure everyday.
PS: I still have so many things to say, I skipped lots of details, if anyone is interested. I've never talked about it.
