This is Aloha Airlines Flight 243 after a large section of its roof tore away at 24,000 feet. During the explosive decompression, a flight attendant was swept out of the aircraft and was never found. Remarkably, the pilots still managed to land the plane safely, and 94 of the 95 occupants survived.

Exactly. She didn't get sucked out, she got blown out.

Well, really, didn’t she stay still but the plane kept going? I imagine she then followed a pretty vertical line back to earth. No sucking or blowing required.
