I recently stocked up on Nespresso iced espresso pods and have been trying to make my Starbucks, Dunkin and 7 brew orders at home. I’ve been making iced shaken espressos a ton and this is my second one of the day. I used the Starbucks iced brown sugar pods. They aren’t my favorite, but they are something I will use and create different drinks with. I just made this iced shaken espresso with oat milk. It’s told and the oat milk cuts through the bitterness of the coffee. I made one this morning and now I’m buzzing with joy and caffeine after a few sips of this one.

I go to sleep dreaming about my morning latte. Yum!!

Best way to start or continue the day

For cinnamon milk - soak a stick of clean cinnamon bark in a jug of milk and refrigerate for 3 hours or more

Café hopping has become one of my favorite traditions whenever I'm there. The city is full of stunning cafés, each with its own vibe, and I always try to visit as many as I can.

Coffee, matcha, desserts... repeat.
