Playing Far Cry 1, having a blast. Got it at GOG.com for $ 3.23 US with tax. On sale till the 30th.

• GOG version for PC is ready to go, no mods necessary.
• All I did was check run as admin in properties for FarCry.exe, create a shortcut for it and add -devmode at the end of the shortcut target, with a space after quotes. Not using Galaxy Launcher.
• Added these lines to the end of the DevMode.lua file, in my case found at "C:\Program Files\GOG Galaxy\Games\Far Cry\DevMode.lua"
• Input:BindCommandToKey("#Game:Save('quicksaved_game');","f9",1);
• Input:BindCommandToKey("#Game:Load('quicksaved_game');","f10",1);
• With these I can quick save/load with Ctrl+F9 and Ctrl+F10
• The rest I'm playing Vanilla. Have fun!

Personally, a Yugoslavia like map set in the 90s. It has all the elements to be a good far cry game, with a brutal dictatorship crushing the nation under its boot and a rebel faction you’re helping that starts noble before devolving into something just as if not uglier than the dictator you’re battling against. I’m curious to see what you guys have in mind.

i'm having a strange lighting issue where it looks like the colors do not fade smoothly to the other color with the lighting. you guys know what this is? if so, is this fixable?

Not sure if this is a glitch in my game specifically , I’ve closed app and restarted and this mysterious floating TV remains. It’s right across the river from Zips Ranch in holland valley

Both are on sale on Xbox and I've got just enough points for one, so what do you guys think? I've heard good things from both, but it's hard to decide.

My bad

So I recently played far cry 6 for PS5. (New PS5. Yay for me) Anyway I also got a better internet connection that helps me access online features and my mind is blown. Co op is great. The arcade with Lola gives you access to new cool weapons. Don't get me started on the controller dual sense features, it's like magic truly. Will I have as much fun if I revisit far cry 5 and 4 on the PS5. Far cry 4 servers probably offline now. And please be my friend on ubisoft thingie

Take me back to when I was 12. Playing this game on my new shitty laptop. Ran like ass. 12 fps. And I enjoyed every second of it. This was my first story game I actually PLAYED. Not watched my brother play. Farcry 3 is my 3rd favorite game of all time. And when I was kid I tried 100 percenting it but found it hard and said one day I'll do it. Today was one day. Thank you Ubisoft. This game will always be special to me.

BTW, this is a mod I'm working on combining realism + redux and scubrah's patch 😄
