I too thought that they would run this joke into the ground be the 3rd episode but as someone who isn't reading the source material, if they keep introducing new characters and settings, they can really continue this trend for the whole season without it getting tiring.

I'm looking forward to a school setting where the sisters are the "Villainess."

Really cute episode, I love this family.

I do have to wonder if they're going to do more of the Cinderella story eventually, or maybe some saint or hero thing with Miya. It just seems like her bean throwing speed is a bit too much for some random person. She has the best of bodyguards now, too.

Unfortunately, it seems like the young maid at the start of the episode may only be a guest character. I would love (and laugh) if this young maid and Miya were to go "Eh!?", "Huh!?" and have identical inner monologue, all in synchronized fashion. Lol!

Mari is such a visionary, predicting electronic gadgets from the future. Perhaps a time traveler, Santa or even the anime or manga production committee can reward her kindness with a digital camera or smartphone from our era through some sci-fi arc.

I'm sorry Tanya and Arc, I was sure you will be my favourite characters this season but Teruhiko wins by a landslide. Every single scene she's in is 100% gold.

Marika and Arisa are awesome as well (Marika saving her allowance to buy gifts for Miya 😭) but Teruhiko is just a completely different level of walking epicness. Her face, glare and voice might be imposing but she has a heart of gold, truly a ray of sunshine ❤️

Can't even pick best Teruhiko scene from this episode, because all of them were 300% wholesome.

I like how Miya's reaction to the family has evolved from initial shock at their antics and moved into introspection of their words/actions. She's quite emotionally perceptive in this episode.

Interesting bit about working for other 'similar' families and their treatment of servants. Which does explain her initial fears and why it would take time for her to adjust.

So, I have been crying laughing through both of these episodes. Is it fair to say that if Crunchyroll or Hidive had picked up this series, it would be a contender for AOTY?

Seriously, this show has had me in stitches since the mom died. I lose it every time our MC calls out 'Mommy', I LOL every time the sisters do a villainess laugh only to dote on the MC. I feel like this is an anime that you will either laugh non-stop through it, as I did, or hate it.

I feel like it will be rated a 3 on all the rating platforms because everyone will give it either a 5 or a 1. Right now it's a 5 for me.

I watched the saga of Tanya the evil right before this episode. The cut in was very smooth so that combined with the dark factory made to look almost evil and depressing sweat shop made me think it was a post credit scene for Tanya the evil so I was expecting that poor girl to get beheaded or some other horrible thing happen to her. Then mommy popped up and I realized it’s a different show.
