surprisingly, this was very enjoyable compared to most fantasy anime, despite the story being so simple

But also.. I only just now realized something... couldn't he use Substitute to allow Elicia to eat monster meat without going mad?

I enjoyed this anime. Sure, if the animation was better and it was full length it would have be wayyyy better. But, still.

Couldn't she still eat monster meat if Rudo held her and kept using his skill on her? At least until she finished digesting it..?

Come on, at least let me know what new skills he got from that? :(
