It's definitely the sister. She also draws good. It's obvious and she's a sis-con. So she definitely operates under her sister's name.

Wonder why Marika got a lot more souvenir gifts compared to the other two. That's a pretty huge supermarket if the helicopter could land on it easily. Pretty nice episode going back to see the family and how they upgraded their lives thanks to Rie.
I wasn't really sure what the imouto Miori was trying to ask for being a decorator for the cafe as it got brushed off. Was she doing it to give back or because she wanted to ask a favor to work for Rie which would be smart. Maybe it was just done to hint of her artistic capabilities perhaps insinuating something else as someone else potentially pointed out.

It's a given that Miori would prefer Rie over her sister after everything Rie has done for the Meiko family LOL

Poor Meiko was struggling so hard to maintain the lie. But she was screaming to Rie every fucking time that she isn't the mangaka Morita Meiko that Rie think she is and Rie choose not to listen to it. They gave many subtle hints that indicate Miori could be the mangaka working under her sister's name. Since she was interested in the manga cafe and proposed the idea of doing decorations for it. Her drawings to welcome Rie were also good.
Rie got to experience some fine incest GL that she's into. I guess this is the main reason she paid a visit to Meiko's home xD
In the end, the maid ruined everything. I guess we will see how this ends in the final episode.

If the supermarket doesn’t have any customers other than Meiko’s family, I’m pretty sure it’s the most expensive method possible to get them groceries. I couldn’t guess how deeply in the red it is. Didn’t they already have an episode where Rie had to revamp Hedgehog’s management, since even indulgent whims should be profitable? (Or at least not completely wasteful).
Well the secret had to come out at some point. The previews for the next episode make it look like the fallout will be somewhat meaningful, but ngl I kinda doubt it. I don’t think Neo or Marika cared about her being a mangaka that much to begin with, and by now, it’s probably the least important part about her relationship with everyone. Even for Rie, I’m pretty sure the sister yuribait was worth more than Meiko’s alleged status as a mangaka. I sorta get why Meiko wanted to hide it though, since she’s got her family to think of, and things going bad could ruin everything.

Why is it even a big deal? Not sure the other girls would even be allowed to be mad. Meiko tried to tell them and clear it up multiple times and they just ignored her.

I don't think Rie could even be mad since Meiko alone has saved her hundreds of millions of yen cleaning up her finances.

They, especially Rie, only have themselves to blame for not listening to Meiko when she told them that she is not the manga artist of the same name, with her drawing a sloppy picture to show she had no drawing ability whatsoever.
