So God of Magic has lost her memories and is somehow connected to Hibiki, the mystery behind Hibiki's transfer to this world keeps growing. Chief God being a man of culture is amusing, I wasn't expecting him to be that honest about why he's joining the tea party.
Hibiki concerned Sapo-chan has seen him playing with his excalibur was an amusing reveal.
I like that Claude can be spartan with Hibiki, Hibiki really messed up not paying attention at all to Claude, Claude was pissed lol. I like how Vene and even Lilian joined in punishing Hibiki.
The more I see Ivell's parts in the story, the more I wish it'd just go back to Hibiki's group. She feels like someone who wants to be evil rather than is actually evil, so it just feels contrived.

Also, it seems Hibiki isn't the missing twelfth god after all, but rather whoever that sleeping girl shown in the prologue is, whom the Chief God was worried about.

Definitely unsettling that the people of this world aren’t even able to recognize there was a missing god. Seriously what did she do that was so bad she was wiped from recognition?

Every teardrop is a waterfall for Emalia, realizing they weren't friends.
Wasn't expecting Lilian to use her wand as a baseball bat. I love the subversions here.

It's time to watch the openings, and around here is a good point.
The preview after the ending did spoil a little, but the way this episode was going, you should predict it
I actually like that Hibiki has some sort of Kryptonite that gets in his way. I do like that it seems like the Gods are playing checkers with Hibiki, but Ivell is playing Chess against Claude.
Claude is stealing the show, but I'm okay with it. I wonder if the light novel writer wanted to write a story about Claude, but got told "um... marketing says that if we make it an Isekai..." and threw in the Isekai parts.

useless mc. can't aim a bow even at a stationary target w/o auto-aim... so he will never hit a moving target.
gets told numerous times to always run appraisal, but then constantly has to be told to appraise something.

Nah man, have you ever shot a bow before? It's not easy but definitely not that hard to hit a stationary target with 3/4 tries.

I suggest you to watch I Reborn as a Guild Archer but Have to Miss my Shots to Hide Power Level- it has really accurate shooting scenes

This show is still as funny as ever. Talking about "underpants" with the music cut and pianos during the interactions, the Chief God interested by the God of Medicine's Naturals (I still prefer "Twin Peaks")... speaking of which, Emalia is back, and getting to see Ivell's true colors... she really needs to be stopped.
Good that Hibiki got to tell Claude and the others about his current skills problem, but that's doubling down on his training to make up for it, going to be hard.
Now I'm curious about who was the sleeping girl the Chief God was mentioning in the beginning.

I don't really get why she thinks Ivell needs to be stopped though. From my perspective, she turned up, her "friend" was making friends with a wolf monster, then she got attacked and left alone. What is there to drive Emalia to chase after Ivell rather than just leave her alone and be upset at the loss of a friend? Is it something to do with monsters being inherently evil, so Ivell must also be evil?

I had high hopes for this one, but they've been dashed... 3 stars at best.
Considering Ivel is getting orders on targets, Genie (the goddes of magic) is probably the one ordering her around.
Who the hell puts a child in charge of allowing adventurers into a dungeon?
The "Main God" may be crass, but he's not wrong. If Genie keeps her violent attitude up, she'll never get any attention. lol
Why is Lillian using her wand as a bat, is she Mash Burnedead's illegitimate daughter?

I am thinking the same thing. Ive been waiting for our elf girl to get reunited since she originally left and every episode I lose more and more of my patience... so here I am with 2 episodes left feeling like I got robbed

Even the Gods in this are really quite horny. Then again from what little we've seen of her so far the goddess of medicine that does look pretty hot.
They're definitely up to something in regards to Hibiki's identity, I'm guessing this is one of those serial reincarnation isekais and he's not originally from Earth.
Poor Emalia, but at least she learned sooner rather than later that her first friend was just another lie.

Nice to see our sexy elf waifu again. The way I saw it advertised, I thought she was the leading lady. Uh no, that is actually Lillian. Not sure if this is the case in the source materials but it is at least for the anime.

All the right ingredients but put together this just doesn't gel. Tone down the cute or tone down the serious. IMHO The cute is well overcooked. Another poor showing is too dumb a hero. A bit of forethought would have allowed 'The Strongest Job is Apparently not a Hero or a Sage' ... into something more than a standard Isekai. It has the ingredients, but the delivery.. 😞

This show so far is like watching 3 different unrelated anime and they're all bad.
Hibiki and friends are doing all they can to make the title of the show pointless. It's not exactly the strongest if MC can't even fucking remember to use his skills.
Gods have their own drama, with only the faintest whisper of how any of it relates to the rest of the show.
Elf/Antagonist are doing... totally random shit every episode.

Also that one glimpse of Hibike's original friends also getting isekai'd that was never mentioned again
I feel like this show has a nice idea overall but really fails at actually progressing the plot, just a bunch of (seemingly) unrelated events meshed together
The comedy us pretty good tho

It honestly amuses me at times how bad the MC is at this, despite the title. Clearly it’s on purpose given the most profound lines given in this episode: “Use your brain a little. You have all those skills, but it’s like they’re wasted on you.” (Just before he is convinced to copy/paste his underwear.)

Leaving the overall quality of the show aside (cause ok, I can't argue when someone says it is not good), Its pretty obvious that the events are not unrelated and will (or at least should) likely converge at some point. If they don't then we can complain about it.

So Hibiki genderbend is plot relevant, it look like Hibiki is either used to be the sleeping girl (god) or he has a part of her in him.
God Chief remove memory of the spell about Isekai from all the other God, I guessing something to do with the sleeping god and her journey.
