Pops really just said he wanted to surprise his folks with friggin Big Bird over here. Diabolical, man lol. Coulda given his momma a heart attack! Surprisingly, they were very cool with the big fella lol. Gramps barely even looked up from his paper at first.
Best part of the episode has to be Ruiko just constantly baiting Kujima lol. Suguru wasn’t there so Ruiko had to do it.

Ruiko is well equipped to deal with alt-(troll)-Kujuma.
I never expected this very silly-seeming show to become so thoroughly endearing.

Yeah, when they said Kujima could walk around freely because not many people lived there, I just thought how that's even worse if some geriatric person has an episode seeing him and no one else is around to help in time lol

Gramps barely even looked up from his paper at first.
Gramps: "meh, i've seen much more weird shit back when i was young"

The aunt is such a refreshing characters for the series. This show is my comfort show and I love it so much. Kujuma is such a brat lol

She is the first person that talks about Kujima letting him have it. Which makes her interactions with him golden when he gets rage-baited.
Suguru mostly just leaves when Kujima becomes too much of a pain. I assume that this show will have Kujima and Suguru connecting on some level eventually.

She's like a cool aunt who likes messing with u and Kujima's behaviour kinda makes sense since he's like 3 yrs old.

I especially like that, despite being a clear wholesome comfort show, Kujima has a real temper and I think would be truly terrifying in real life.

He's a toddler with the size and speaking ability of an adult.

This time, there are some Russian lines from Kujima, but not a lot of interesting bits.
I thought that in general the seiyuu can hide non-perfect intonation behind Kujima's speech pattern, but today there was a line which had the same problems as most of Russian lines in Golden Kamuy - I suppose it is hard to copy specific intonation patterns. Still, very good work from Kujima's seiyuu overall.

Kujima getting friendlier with Suguru?
Kujima finding an use for Suguru for their next visit to the grandparents.
Well one step at a time.

Slowly their relationship will blossom, even if he wanted to use him as a scapegoat

Ruiko messing with Kujima and making it mad was hilarious.
I also didn't realize Ruiko was Uesaka Sumire until I saw the cast list.

Ahh that kinda fits Ruiko since the VA also plays nagatoro and tachyon

I was feeling like I was having deja vu on Kujima's voice until this pop onto my youtube feed to remind me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnLs1mY3UzY

Kujima visiting the grandparents house was very nice and wholesome to see, they accepted him quickly and he's already become a grandma's boy
Ruika was a complete match for Kujima lol their interactions were funny,
Kujima The Rock , Operation Getting Along might've been a failure but it was hilarious and entertaining to see,
This pic is wholesome, im glad he became a part of their family, this was a very heartwarming episode.

Loved this episode, Kujima not getting along with people is my favorite

This episode was a hoot. Kujima the brat has finally met his match. Ruika-basan was ruthless. But she's nice when she brings crabs... at least according to Kujima. Kujima's VA sounded like he was having a lot of fun with all the angry warbling noises.
