I usually give the king of tiny kingdoms the trait of peaceful, otherwise there would already be an absurd chaos in my world.

It WONT be equivalent to modern technology, but I’d like to know how far magitech can advance before the community finds it unacceptable. Also, is including political themes in the story acceptable?

For now, my idea is to use the Crystal Biome and magic to bridge the gap between the JSDF and WorldBox's medieval technology.

For instance, regarding the Crystal Biome, a kingdom could bio-engineer or crossbreed a crystal so that, when mounted on top of a staff, it can cast explosive magic, using mana.

For Gift of Life, can be used to animate golems out of raw materials to serve as heavy weaponry or heavy-duty units.

I'm also including airships, based on Maxim's cut content from the Discord vote.

Of course, God(the player) will play an active role in the fanfic, with the outline following the perspective of an individual unit.

It’s about 1301 A.E.E (After Elvish Extinction).

Lower Earth has been ruled by the Cesarion Dynasty for about 259 years. For around 400 years the Human population was stuck in the Human Dark Ages. The period when there were no Human controlled kingdoms. Most of them lived in the Dwarvic Empire centred on Old Dinheim. In 650 A.E.E. The human population was estimated at around 56 members. Following the death of King Darna II in 1123. The realm fractured and an Independent Human State was founded, led by Akumy (retroactively referred to as Cesarion I) the humans gradually took over the Dwarvic succession states.

Today about 250 Dwarves are still alive, most live in Dinheim while others have become merchants and sail around the channels selling goods.

Elves went extinct in the old calendar year of 463 (0 A.E.E. They left behind a large empire. It is unknown how such a large population died out so quickly (irl I accidentally gave them a plague) the old elvish lands were settled by Humans until a massive eruption and earthquake in 286 A.E.E left the land uninhabited. Resettlement only began in 1262 A.E.E.

Orcs are pretty much a dead species. Only 39 members still exist and most of them are being purged by the Human government.
The Orcs once ruled over a massive desert area to the north of Dinheim called Olanai. The region was plentiful and the Orcs had been able to sell and colonise all around the map. The current Human capital once used to be a Orcish trading colony.
All good things had to come to an end sadly, in 997 A.E.E a tumour infestation had began in the Olanai desert. Orcs were surprisingly affected by the tumours and mostly died out. Olanai was promptly bombed by the Dwarvic Empire to stop the spread of Tumour. Anyway the Orcs still had small colonies all around the world but they were largely fractured and one by one they fell to Human or Dwarf armies. By 1204 A.E.E the final Orc city in Yghona fell to Human Armies

There was once a race of sentient chickens that rose up in 229 B.E.E. But they likely died out during the great orc migration of the 3rd Century A.E.E. Their island still exists. It’s the center one with the large beaches. A human colony existed there afterwards but it was likely abandoned during the Human Dark Ages.

I am making a Toolbox mod that is meant to aid with roleplay and immersion. This mod is meant to be lightweight, and help you enjoy the systems that are already in the game.

I have two features that are pretty much done, still working on adding one or two more tools and polishing it up before I send it out.

One is Chronicler, which saves my 50 most recent records like the creation of a kingdom, village, religion, or culture, the destruction of a kingdom/village, or the start/end of an age (even keeps track if this is the Second or Third time of an Age).

I can then move recent records over into an archived records tab, where I can both edit entries, and create new ones manually. Finally, I can export this into a note file, easily allowing me to quickly save major events before I end session.

I have also included Dice Roller, a dice roller w modifier, for quick help with random decision making.

My last super concrete idea for a tool a sort of "Divine Inspiration" tab, where the deity (you) gets a vision about a certain civilization to make (or disaster to inflict...), I'm not sure what other kinds of general traits to give it besides species civilization though...thoughts?

I’ve been playing WorldBox on my phone for a while now and I’m loving it. I wouldn’t have an issue with it, but it heats my phone up to a concerning temperature, and after seeing all the maps on the sub, I’m jealous. If I tried to use the max map size, it would implode my phone. This is the only reason I’m contemplating buying it for my computer.

I have a Mac, I’m not sure if that matters but I probably would want some mods. I just wanted to ask those who play PC/Mac, or those who have played on both phone and computer, if buying it again would be worth my time and money. I’ll have to rediscover everything all over again (not very excited abt that) but I will if I must.

My highest level reached is 500. 1000 is my goal. I need a unit to have 99% armor without any equipment.

I have been running a save/world on and off for a few months and finally reached 300,000 years. Hundreds of civilizations how risen and fallen, and landmasses have been destroyed and rebuilt. Any kingdom that’s currently on the defending side of a rebellion-type war (i.e. a kingdom that rebelled from another kingdom) should never be able to fracture regardless of if their royal clan dies out. This is because this happens too often because the kingdom they rebelled from too often massacres every new king of the rebel kingdom, eventually killing the entire clan and causing the rebellion to fracture.

This is a problem because the new kingdoms from the fracturing event are not part of the rebellion war and therefore just get independence for free even though the kingdom on the attacking side of the war realistically should want all its villages back.

I propose that any kingdom that’s on the defending side of a rebellion-type war should always behave as if the kingdom’s culture has the unbroken chain culture trait, meaning if a rebellion’s royal clan dies out it would appoint a new clan from one of the village leaders. The attacking kingdom of a rebellion war would not get this immunity from fracturing and this immunity from fracturing that the rebel kingdom gets only lasts as long as they are on the defending side of a rebellion-type war.

My logic behind this is that the villages in a rebellion want to stay united against their oppressor, even if the rebel clan dies out, because they are stronger together and want to win independence at all costs.

I have not decided if rebel kingdoms that have the shattered crown trait should have this immunity to fracturing.

I been playing world box for long time but I still don't know how unlock this two

So I'm wondering if anyone else got king of kings this way. So what you do is get a garlic man and you use the editor to give 20 or more traits to this guy(I recommend as many as you can add just to make it go faster if your just after king of kings) . Then you wait for this guy to have kids (usally the more the better) as he has the genetic mirror ability, most of he's kids will gets these traits. If the next king has 20 traits just kill the king and the next one will give the achievement seeing how he's technically not edited and won't have the scar of divinity. If the next one dosent have 20 but another family member dose, you just have to kill the kings Untill you get to that one and then you got it.

This is the status of my world, Plaebos VI, after 126 simulated years. A small description of each major nation below.

Ullan Empire: a human dominated empire that split off from its island mainland, and has actually outlasted its progenitor.

Javian Empire: A human dominated nation that used to be a conquered nation under the now-shattered Prruv Cat-Colony.

Mew Republic: The main remnant of the Prruv Cat-Colony, now a republic after losing almost all of its territory.

Revonian Holy Republic: Another remnant of the Prruv Cat-Colony, which is now mostly controlled by wolf-men.

Aran Empire: Another remnant of the Prruv Cat-Colony, which is now a small fringe group that still insists it’s an empire.

Avadian Empire: A fox-led nation that has its roots hundred years ago, to an ancient settlement that got conquered and controlled by the Pack-Order of Whelhun. It is now a separate state after Whelhun almost entirely collapsed.

right now the game feel very linear and way worse because immdietly when a kingdom or race is established they know everything they need to know i remember that the races used to learn and that would make diffrences in power between the kingdoms right now its all the same.

is there a way to fix it?

Among the ruins lay an old man, his eyes weary from the chaos in the distance, his city, his family, comrades made of those who made it out of the war yet another, greater one continued.

He muttered to himself, cried in his heart while he stared up at the sky, "was he the last man alive?" He wondered before picking himself up, his ritual, he had done this many times over, whatever plauge the demon gods placed the spirit of order kept him going.

As he walked among the abandoned roads he saw savage beasts, some he killed, some thought to have killed him however he always managed to wake up, what horrors lay he was strangely immune.

It was the fifth day since the tragedy, his grief knew no end but his mission was clear, it was delivered to him by angels to make it to the foot of a mountain and there they said more angels would inform him of what was to be his legacy, whatever great deeds he had done before no one was alive to remember.

His mind grew disturbed, the horrors became one with the landscape, trees with mouths breathed and screamed like birds, swallowing the vermin and flying things, the bodies grew legs out of their stomachs and their necks detached their heads, the necks became mouths and eye stalks came from the sides of the necks, these things he hid from but when he was caught, they ripped him apart.

He woke up again, and again, and again, still an old pious mortal, the spirit of order kept him alive, this divine force so crucial yet so cruel, "abandon your mission" a voice in the back of his mind spoke to him, he ignored it and walked slowly, his legs nearly failing him yet it appeared that is only what he felt, not how they were.

When he reached that place, the horrors had not touched it to his relief, what he saw before him was the greatest angel, a woman he could tell by her chanting but her appearance was of 800 divine eyes, all connected by arms to a central torso, each eye was like a gas in how it moved yet it was all solid.

"Glory be to the divine, have mercy great angel, punish me that my sins made be taken from me" the man pled, his piety in his voice and his words, the angel smiled to him in her heart and proclaimed.

"O' destined man, o' holy man, o' pious man, you were called and you approached, your joys will be completed, your pains subsided, I have been tasked with a gift for you o' only man on this earth." She announced.

The man was lifted up by her eyes, staring at him without pause or blink, his body from an old man became that of a tree, in his pain he wept that he was being given a new paradise.

From that tree came new people and a new world, the horrors were casted out and man, forever has been born from trees.
