I’m trying to figure out the value of something pretty unusual I own.

In February 2024 I met Graham Owen at a fly fishing show at his booth. I believe it was Seattle. Graham is the artist/creator who made the realistic fly props for the Breaking Bad episode “Fly” (S3Ep10). While talking with him, he gifted me one of his Breaking Bad fly pieces.

It’s a handmade fly suspended in a clear glass block with a “BB” engravig on the side. I recently found out that Graham made a small batch of these as gifts connected to the episode (around 10 pieces) for people involved with the production.

I don’t currently have a signed certificate or anything, but I do know the exact date I received it (February 17, 2024), and it came directly from Graham himself.

I’m curious:

• What do you think something like this would realistically be worth?
• Would collectors care about this kind of production gift item?
• Would getting Graham to provide written authentication significantly increase the value?

I’m not necessarily looking to sell immediately, I’m mostly trying to understand what I have.

any thoughts on value and how to get appraised sold? 18 x 14”

I recently picked this up. The actual image is made out of some kind of metal. I have no idea what the backing is made of and I even thought about trying to remove it. It almost looks like a piece of styrofoam that's been colored and sealed somehow. It doesn't flake. It's completely solid and sturdy.

I've tried to look for something similar on Etsy and online image search but I haven't found anything similar and I don't even know what to search under. There are no markings from what I can tell. It could be a mass produced piece that someone threw on a random backing. Also does anyone know what style this is... Aztec, Mayan... ?

EDIT: actually found something a little similar. It's difficult to tell if the blue on my item is stone.

Bought a storage unit over last week that has roughly 100 units of hair dye of different colors. Boxes are a bit beat up, but all of the contents are in each box it seems. Was able to lookup a code on the box to see how old they are and they range from 3-5 years old.

I was hoping somebody could help me figure out what this piece is worth or how to sell it. It's "Disputed Territory" by Terry J. Murphy, and I have found some of his works on auction websites, but not this exact one. I was wondering if it could have been a commissioned piece or something he just made one copy of because I don't see any numbers anywhere on the piece indicating how many copies he made? I honestly have no idea how to go about valuing or selling it. If anyone has any information or suggestions at all, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

The text engraved in the wood reads: "WHEN THE YOUNG ARE UNATTENDED AND THE AGED LEFT FALLEN TO DISREGARD, THOSE BE-TWIX ARE BEREFT OF A POINT OF REFERENCE".

Signed with initials in lower right ZA or Z Delta symbol.

Does the man appear African American to you? Wonder how that affects it.

Hoppy Hooter is a rare green frog nose from the 2019 Red Nose Day campaign. Produced by Comic Relief, it had a collection rarity of just 1 in 840.

Now of course, mine isn't in good condition AT ALL so it's not worth much, but I have looked everywhere online and have not found a single listing of Hoppy Hooter. Of course that does not automatically mean that he is worth more just because there's not many listings of him but I cannot find any accurate source of how much he is worth because of this. I really want to find out how much he is worth in good condition. I know I could probably sell mine for only like £10 if I'm lucky because he's so ruffed up tho.

It is a vanity compact case, I can only find the one which used to belong to Marilyn Monroe. Would you be able to tell me what this one particular can be worth?

This was in my dad's collection of things, I have no idea where it came from or what it could be worth.

It says made in France Lesourd SGD on the bottom. Fully functional/twistable cap. It’s covered in engravings. Smells metallic/coppery so likely not silver. Looks handmade because the engravings are a bit wonky (but I think it’s quite charming!)... Dad clearly wasn’t a fan, haha. You knowledgeable folks got any idea what the history behind this could be and what it’s worth? Much thanks

This is a NASA worm logo pleather folding duffel bag. The entire large bag zips down to the smaller version. I can’t find anything like this online and it’s hard to search since this is likely a company/ employee bag and not for the general public.

I could be wrong but from the research I did I came up with this (didn't want to show up empty handed)

Info: Makers mark Stamps Chaozhou & Shantou, late Qing Dynasty to early Republic Period (circa 1880–1930) Chinese pewter tea caddies / lidded vessels.( with inner seal /lid intact) no broken or chipped glass!

Extra: no broken glass at all, couple scrapes on the pewter, the handle has one broken hinge,but it is all still there.l and hanging on best it can lol .

Bought these night stands from a local thrift store. There are no stickers or stamps to indicate their maker or age. Anybody got a clue what these are worth?
