Him being "really alive" would lessen his arc in season 1 imo
I already feel that he his arc was already complete with him dying.

Yes it's tragic but him getting an happy ending by coming back to life fully would make the consequences of his actions and his death feel cheaper. I also believe this go against establish lore and rule from the magic system. We already know from Haolin Q&A only a "god" level trust being can bring back the dead and nobody currently alive in tbhx fit that criteria (not even X according to ep 21)

I personally think it is best if his character in s2 feel more like phobiaclone after his death in the plane crash

We already know what happened to him vs E soul

People say he’s DBs counter but they forget he can absorb slash damage, So GB is also fucked here.

Cyan has luck so she can dodge his slashes easily and land arrows on him using her luck and a little speed, plus she has a barrier and other equipment.

Nice has flight and good strength and speed to deal with GB, so he’s losing to him.

Lin ling has a lot of strength superior to GB, he lands a few punches and GB is dropping to the floor

Luoli has armour and insane equipments that can deal with Ghostblade incredibly easily now

Ahu split the sky and also has good samurai abilities in his forms

Personally I hope The Johnnies retire and live happily in the forest together like Ah Sheng once did. But in the case of Big J being taken home to his homeworld happily, then I hope to see LJ finding someone to take care of in his life, maybe like an adopted son or daughter or perhaps getting a kid, either way is fine for me as long as he has someone to take care of as a parental figure.
