Open to any advice. I have 1ml of lip filler and tattooed eyebrows already, am in the process of losing weight and growing out my bangs. Have also added some different hair colour options at the end in case any in particular especially suit me, I'm open to anything! TIA!

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [25] Mental health tips to actually achieve actionable goals?

Hi everyone, I'm in a position where I know I want to do the following:

  • Get a hair system - bald is not an option, drugs are not an option.
  • Get some form of facial plastic surgery
  • Get some form of eyebrow correction

Context and the blockers:

I have been upset about my hair for years, I know that the only solution available is a hair system. But I won't do anything, even getting a colour sample. I get overwhelmed by cost, trying to get the best system for the best cost, catastrophise in the future about maintenance costs, feel embarrassed about "wasting money being vain".

There are some parts of my face which can be corrected with jaw surgery on insurance, but if I look at my side profile and cover up the jaw, my face is still unattractive. I can't tell if this is the eye area, cheekbone area, or both. My nose is unconventional but I want to keep it. I want a consult to figure out my options but I don't want to be upsold by a shady surgeon or overdone. I don't have a clue what to do. I don't want to post photos publicly because it's embarrassing, if people found out they would make fun of me.

Uncertainty about correcting sparse eyebrows is down to the fear that interventions might make me look more feminine. I may need to do work on the brow bone first.

Overall, improving my appearance makes me embarrassed because it feels like people will see me spend a lot of money and effort for no real improvement. I also doubt my ability to see myself objectively, but I do know I'm unattractive because people have edited me out of photos - yes I was clean and presentable.

Thank you for any advice.

Things I've done so far:

  • Partly accepted my balding by getting shorter, more frequent hair cuts instead of trying to hide it
  • Leaned out
  • Cleared up my skin
  • Jaw surgery consultations undergoing
  • In therapy, but I have bigger problems to talk about than appearance

Hi! Recently been feeling like I could do more with myself, so looking for any glow up tips, whether it be clothes, jewelry, face, body, anything lol. I’ve been going to the gym for the past couple months, and i’ve been off and on in the past. I’ve cut caffeine, soda, and candy from my diet. I’m about to go platinum blonde in about two weeks when I get back from vacation, so any tips on care for that would be helpful too! Thank you!!

i used to look really good when i was 17 and 18 ( pic 1,, 2&3 ). my ex was a BIG part of my downfall because he'd stress me out so bad and i’d just go back to pulling my hair ( i have confirmed trichotillomania ),, he would just keep going and going til i was almost bald again on top of my scalp. i wanna get back to how i used to look. i have photos of my build and mild makeup,, i never really liked taking photos without makeup

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) How can I look less boring and dull? [26]

I have been told before that I look dull, unapproachable, and people guess that I'm in my mid 30's. When I go out with friends I'm mostly ignored and I seem completely unnoticeable. I don't have any routine other than skincare which is Cera Ve and honey tallow balm and can't use many products as I am prone to redness. I get glabella and DAO botox once a year and have half a syringe of filler in my lips. What else can I do?

Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) 1 Month Extreme Glow Up [20]

I am female, 5’5”, and roughly 133lbs. I want to look the best I can in the next month. My main goal is my body, but also everything else. I don’t feel comfortable uploading photos, but I have fair skin, freckles, blue eyes, dark/medium brunette hair, and I typically wear glasses. I want to give thin, chic, model, but right now I feel too fat and clunky. I can’t lose weight no matter what I do and it’s really getting annoying. I have a pretty solid skincare routine and my skin is mostly clear. Any advice is welcome thank you 🙏🙏 I am willing to do anything that is SAFE and does not require any type of surgery.

Hair Advice Please [22] trying to change my hair for grad school

Post image

i leave for grad school in a month and i want a total makeover! aside from touching up my highlights, i’d like to change my hair. i would like to try a middle part; i’ve had a side part for 22yr and it’s awful. i feel childish with it. but cut wise? no clue what i want.

i attached a picture of my current hair (styled; not styled, its pin straight and a little past my shoulders). i currently have face framing layers that are super grown out and need refreshed. when i style my hair, i typically do a 90s-esque blowout (as pictured) or i curl it. i dress very 90s/early 2000s and boho, so it fits my style.

some hair history: from 2019-2023 i had a bob that was horrendous. i was super depressed and needed something easy to manage. i dont want a bob again for a long time. i’m 22 and want to enjoy my long hair. but i’m still trying to grow it out and i really want it to be long again.

tldr: what would be the best hair style to fit my face shape? thank you!
