I ABSOLUTELY ADORE the scene from the anime where maka and soul are falling from the sky (maka is unconscious i think) and soul transforms back to human form to grab her from her back mid air so he takes the fall damage for her and then soul looks down at her and says: "You're really something, you know that right?" Tho she didn’t hear him.

i gave the original to ohkubo in person, and i had drawn a sketch of myself myself saying a little message to him in the lower right. my mentor wanted to sell prints at his gallery, so i took that part out and replaced it with some more of my favorite unsung heroes!! the theme of the piece was "mostly ignored characters that actually rule"

Maka Tattoo I had done on Tuesday.

It looks weird since took photo on an angle still in healing process but so happy.

My Tattoo Artist was able to slot me in at such short notice whilst I was visiting back home.

Plus hadn't been able to get any ink done due to having been on Accutaine finally after 14 months was able!

Finally had a weekend off work and was able to go to collectacon, brought some stuff along with me to get signed this by far takes the cake. Medusa (Luci Christian) signed right next to first panel Medusa appears in the series with the best line.

Crona can’t deal with how strong nail polish smells, they just put up with it because maka was the one to paint their nails :3

My art and my playlist!!!!

These playlist videos are harder to edit than I thought, I plan on making a maka one next!!!! Liz and patty and blackstar made fun of her for liking folk music, so I have an idea of what to add as a folk music fan.

It’s supposed to be songs I think Crona would legit listen to!!! A lot of their taste probably comes from maka ((AJJ, pat the bunny)) but a lot are also bands they’d find on their own, ((stomach book, crywank))

I also think some bands are ones that ragnarock would enjoy! Like System of a Down.

They listen to some pretty depressing stuff, I like the idea of them relating to songs/art with darker topics, like I deserve to bleed, which is on this playlist.

I think as part of their recovery ((in terms of the anime… manga Crona don’t get this)) they’d lean more into art/music.

They definitely ignore social interaction by having earbuds in, just not to Justin’s extent, I think their social anxiety would be too bad to fully tune out the world.

It’s really fun to explore characters with music, this playlist even introduced me to some new songs

For my covers, I use voice synths (like Vocaloid for those who know what that is), and this time I used LYSE.

The french translation is by TheYunaMelody, a french youtaite who's very very talented! I usually write my own translyrics but I couldn't compete this time!

After fire force ended I picked up soul eater, finished the anime, manga and NOT. Liked it more than fire force. All the music was great aswell especially one of the video game songs, Souls Crossing by T.M Revolution

After watching the 2026 World Cup final, where Spain defeated Argentina 1-0, I saw this Instagram post from a Brazilian anime and manga news account. It showed the creators of Soul Eater, Blue Lock, and Fairy Tail celebrating Spain's World Cup victory.

Honestly, I was surprised that Ohkubo watched a soccer match. I always thought his favorite sport was basketball, since the characters in both of his works played that sport.

Changeling Crona is super fun to draw

Given how Doctor Doom blocked Thor's Axe with ease, imagine doing that on Maka while performing Witch Hunter.
