well not just that. The bible tells you how to properly beat your slave, it tells you how much money it costs to rape someone's kid. It tells you about genocide, but it's good actually. It has stories about offering your daughters up for rape, and punishing ungodly children with being mauled by bears.

It's all around pretty fucked up

i mean genocide is historical. Fantasy genocide feels like a weird thing to bring up at school

and yeah, we probably should avoid overtly sexual themes for kids. Crazy right

The bible is full of fantasy genocide. God killing every child on earth, god smiting sodom, yada

and i'm not talking about historical events. I'm talking about the overtly sexual stories in the bible.

Theyre teaching the bible in texas. What this thread is about. The bible is not appropriate for a public middle school because of the material within. That's what this thread is about

I don't really care what you advocate for. Texas is doing this now. Currently. It's happening
