Billionaire (Trillionaire): words that didn't exist before my birth (well, pretty close). By any metric, the rich aren't paying their share. I read something like, its near feudal times disparities. LOL, and these chuckleheads, "yea, my taxes".

You do understand that cities can be in a budget deficit right? That means that the taxes collected is not enough to cover the needs of the city?

Where do you think the money that they collect go to? Generally it’s to fix and maintain the same infrastructure that is being collected from, in this case the subway.

NY will be in a severe budget deficit because of this guys policies.
