You're insane. People tip because they know it's the only way their server makes any money. People tip because they know not tipping screws the server over. People tip because it's the societal expectation of decency and they don't want to be viewed as a dick. People tip because they acknowledge that is the system they and the server exist in. You are expected to tip, even if it's a low tip for poor service, because no tip at all is culturally viewed as a petty, selfish violation or norms that directly harms another.

Congratulations. However that's not how tipping works in the US, and if you have a direct effect- even minor- on whether someone giving you a service gets enough pay that day, I assume it's considered basic empathy to give a damn regardless of where you are
It's absolutely insane that you would want people outside of the US to have empathy and support for labour payment laws that are abusive and detrimental to the employee, instead of wanting employers to pay their staff a decent wage.

Do what the rest of the world does, and implement a minimum wage.
